1. EC: We have the body here - this we have had under other names. [GD's note: Previously a middle initial had been used when presenting his name.]
2. In the conditions in the physical forces of the body, [348] - these, we find, are GRADUALLY gaining in strength. While there are tendencies of the reversing to the impulses of old conditions, these - as we find - are rather impulses THAN of specific causes. Those properties as have been given, as to change the vibratory forces of the body - or just to have small quantity of the alum root and to occasionally nibble or chew a small quantity - will be found to be most helpful. [As given in 348-8 on 9/24/30, prior to emergency surgery. See 348-10, Par. 5-A.]
3. Do not over eat. These may not be as building in tissue as is desired, but it is building in vitality. Don't get fat too fast! In the strength of the muscular forces of the body, necessary that IRON be a vital element in the proper replenishing of system. Make a habit of eating at least two pears every day, and of citrus fruits - not too much of the oranges; more of the lemon and grapefruit - but in apples, beware. The fruits are well, but only those that will furnish lots of IRON - and especially of that NECESSARY element in recuperative forces of phosphorus, which comes - and will be found MOST - in conch soup.
4. (Q) What is conch soup? (A) Soup made from the conch!
5. (Q) What causes diarrhea, also rash on face and elbows? What correction? (A) This has just been described, and just been given the correction. When the rash is not breaking on the body, remember same IS on the intestine - unless there is the proper balance. Don't attempt to dry same without making the proper corrections vibratorially, for this must necessarily tend to make for lacerations, eventually ulcerations - but use these rather as a criterion, or as a

warning for conditions, and alter the diet - being sure that same is well balanced between - or a tendency towards more alkalin, and those forces as create a balance.
6. (Q) How much olive oil each day? (A) How much may the body assimilate? It won't take too much, as long as it can assimilate it!
7. (Q) Is the support being worn the correct one for the body? (A) This is very good. As the changes are made in the activities, this may necessarily be changed in position - or especially in padding with same.
8. (Q) Is it advisable to eat fish, oysters, or shell fish? (A) The conch is shell, and this alone we would use in any quantity. Won't like it at first, but it will be well when this is taken as a carrier for that necessary amount of phosphorus in the system. It will change the vibratory forces of the body - but don't leave out the alum root, for this will be necessary to change the vibrations and impulses of the body. Do that.
9. (Q) Give proper diet for each meal. (A) Let her [the wife, [340]] depend upon the location of the body. With the changes of the body, these - in a general manner - have been outlined. When things are found to disagree, change! Don't keep trying it!
10. (Q) Should sugar be used in cereal? (A) When used, use beet sugar or saccharin.
11. (Q) Would one baked Irish or sweet potato a day be harmful to body? (A) If the jacket is eaten, rather than the heart, no!
12. (Q) Should the medicine prescribed before the operation now be taken? [As in 348-8.] (A) We have changed it, but it's the same principle - its active force in same. Be well were it compounded. Won't be compounded for some time yet.
13. (Q) Will saffron tea be helpful? (A) Helpful, as has been given, in keeping an equilibrium between the acid forces of the body.
14. (Q) Any other suggestions for this body? (A) Be well were the saffron changed or altered at times with the camomile; these would be well. Do as has been outlined, and we will find the strength gaining and the body RESISTING more in the conditions that have heretofore been detrimental or aggravating to the body.
