1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [349] at ... Furniture Factories, 11th floor, ... Ave., N.Y. City. You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the improvement of same, and will answer questions which I shall ask you regarding the body's mental and spiritual betterment, giving any suggestions that would help along this line.
2. EC: We have the body, the enquiring mind; the enquiring mind we have had here before.
3. Regarding the physical conditions of this body, now while the body physically is very good in many respects; yet there are those conditions of which the body should be warned, and unless steps are taken to correct same in a way and manner that will coordinate properly with the physical forces and building up of physical resistance, we may expect there to be some bad results in the physical conditions as will arise from not heeding warnings being manifested in the physical forces at the present time. These conditions, as we see, have most to do with the nerve forces of the body. While at the present time these involve mostly the sympathetic system, yet from existent conditions as in suppression of the normal activity of the body through channels of the system, so that there has begun to be improper incoordination between the sympathetic, cerebrospinal, and sensory system, the physical organs are becoming involved in the condition, and there may come a nerve breakdown, or nervous breakdown, and resultant conditions of any of the organs - whether functional in their nature toward reproduction, or whether of the respiratory system or of the digestive system. Any or all of these may become involved in the conditions should the resistance reach such a low ebb as not to be able to combat or to meet the various conditions as arise through the activities of the forces of the body - see? Hence, as has been given, the body should not worry itself so over the physical or mental activities.

Take conditions, things, circumstances, easier. Force self to be more compatible with the needs of the BODY, rather than needs of the works as necessitate the activities of the body. Not that it would make or cause deficiencies in the activities, but rather that the activities would be made efficient by proper coordinating of the activities with the physical conditions existent in the system. Rest more. More uniform and systematic in the activities, and keep the body nearer physically fit.
4. This, then, as we find, would be well to use as a tonic that would stimulate the system properly, provided the proper precaution is taken with the diet and the amount of rest taken for the body. First prepare as this:
5. To sixteen (16) ounces of distilled water, add eight (8) ounces Wild Cherry Bark. Reduce by simmering to one-half (1/2) the quantity. Then add: Simple Syrup............................2 1/2 ounces, Compound Syrup of Sarsaparilla..............1 ounce, Tincture or Elixir Stillingia.............1/2 ounce, Elixir Calisaya...........................1/2 ounce, Iodide Potassium 10% solution.............1/2 ounce, Bromide Potassium 10% solution.............30 minims, Tincture Capsici............................3 minims. Cut 3 drams Balsam of Tolu in 3 ounces grain alcohol and add to the solution.
6. Shake well together before the dose is taken, which would be teaspoonful half an hour before the meals - and EAT the meals! Do not skip meals, and do not have irregular hours as respecting same; for these combinations will not act PROPERLY unless those precautions are followed.
7. Well that occasionally the body take the sweat baths. Not as for reduction, but as stimulation for capillary circulation, and for the effect such stimulation will have upon the nerves - especially the emunctories of the body.
8. Keep in the open air as much as the duties allow; or as much as lies within the body's abilities - and DO NOT worry!
9. The diet should be that which is easily assimilated. A vegetable and meat diet WELL balanced. Never have vegetables all above ground or all below ground. Well that these be balanced. Keep plenty of iron in those that are taken. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Can the body recover her money that was lost? If so, how? Is she on the right track by filing claim with the N.Y. Central Claim office? (A) Very good. We don't find any money!
11. (Q) Give advice as to my business, how I can advance

further in it. (A) Better first that the physical and mental body be made equal to advancement, than to expend BODY in advancements that are to the detriment of the spiritual and physical development of the body. For the physical body is that through which the mental and spiritual manifest, and as same is directed by the will of a body-entity, so is the harvest.
12. (Q) When should I ask for another increase? (A) When the next change comes in the position of those with whom the body is closely associated.
13. (Q) Have I become more valuable to my employer? How can I make myself so? (A) Think most at present on the capacity to be able to carry on, than as on success solely from a financial or social position.
14. (Q) Just how much further can I advance in my position? (A) Just as far as the physical abilities will allow it! Mind that as has been given. We are through for the present.
