1. GC: You will now have before you the body of [356], who is in her living room (address). You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time, giving the cause of the existent conditions; also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body. You will speak distinctly at a normal rate of speech. You will answer questions which will be asked.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [356], here. Now, we find there are abnormal conditions in the physical functioning of the body, as well as organic disturbances. These, as we find, effect the body in specific ways and manners, and destroy the effective work at times the body is able, or may do.

3. In considering the conditions, much might be given as respecting the history, or that as has brought about the disorders that at present exist. These, as we give then, will be rather that as exists which must be correlated WITH that as the body has SUFFERED periodically in the past.

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find this tends to a heaviness, and a pressure in heart's action, not eliminating as it should. Hence drosses or accumulations in extremities of the body, as pains in the shoulders, intercostal pains through the right and at times through the left side, under the arms, across the chest at times, heaviness in the region of the heart. MOST of this in the region of the heart, however, is INDIGESTION, though this produced by the disorders functionally AND organically of the eliminating system as a whole.

5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this we find under the stress or strain as produced by pressures, caused or produced in the cerebrospinal system from the attempt of the circulation to be made normal though CONGESTED areas, from poisons or accumulation in muscular tissue, as the intercostal, as in the brachial, as in the lumbar and locomotary plexuses of the system, so that even deep breathing of the body at times gives catchy pains across the diaphragm area.

6. IN THE FUNCTIONING ORGANS, brain forces are very good. The organs of the sensory system, that as is normal with the age, with the drosses apparent in the system; that is, these become ACUTE at times in their normal functioning, at others dimness in the eyes, drumming in the ears, fullness in the throat, and a general tendency of a throbbing feeling in the pulsations, or the capillary circulation.

7. In throat, bronchial, lungs and larynx, these are very good, or near normal, considering the conditions.

8. Heart's action subnormal, or pulsation low, with a pressure high in blood supply. The respiration is sometimes faster than normal, at other times near normal and again below normal.

9. Digestive system, "all out of kelter!" We have had indications of, and still some existent conditions, of the gall bladder, or gall ducts, showing a blockage, or congestion, from sediments accumulating there, or gallstone accumulation, and this producing then sour stomach, tendency for constipation, with periods - or times when there are attempts to bring about eliminations - of a diarrhea nature, but lasting only a short period.

10. With the distresses in the lower portion of hepatic circulation, not overactive in quantity but too frequent activity of the kidneys at times; this producing irritation in the bladder from ACIDITY of system, and the ATTEMPT of the kidneys to ELIMINATE an extra amount of poisons thrown into that area for elimination.

11. The eliminations through the capillary circulation, or sweat pores, low; though at times there is the tendency to be clamminess, or cold feet, and flushes in face and perspiration over the body, but an abnormal character or nature. Swelling at times in the feet or lower limbs. This reflex only, from the kidney condition.

12. Now, to meet the needs of the conditions in the present, we would begin first with the castor oil packs over the liver area. These should be with heavy flannel, and sufficient oil to thoroughly DAMPEN same, or dipped in oil and wrung out - made hot and kept hot, which may be done with HOT salt packs, and when these cool heat them again. Keep this on each day for at least an hour to two hours, see?

13. After these have been kept on the body for four to five days, and hour to two hours each day, begin with all the olive oil the body WILL assimilate, but give it in VERY small doses - half a teaspoonful at a time, giving it every hour or every two hours, see?

14. Take a high enema after the oil has been taken for a

couple of days.

15. Then prepare this, in three doses: [Each capsule containing the following:] Podophyllum....................1/2 grain, Leptandrin.......................1 grain, Sanguinaria......................1 grain, Cascara Sagrada..................1 grain, Senna..........................1/2 grain, Dover's Powder.................1/4 grain.

16. That's a dose! Take these one day apart, see?

17. During the period - with the oil packs, and with the oil given, before the cathartic is given, and following same - we would take small quantities of ELM in each glass of water taken, just a pinch between the forefinger and thumb, put in the water just a little while before taken. Should this become offensive, in that it produces belching from non-activity through the system, discontinue and take Yellow Saffron water, or tea, see? made twenty grains to one pint of water, steeped as tea would be, strained, and drink cool - see?

18. When at this stage, we will find that the diet will of necessity be of more a liquid diet, though that that will be stimulating to the system will be well, as beef broth, chicken broth, or such. The general diet would be:

19. Mornings - stewed fruits, with rice cakes, or whole wheat bran cakes, or coarse ground meal cakes, see? A little tea or coffee, not too strong.

20. Noon - as many of the green vegetables as may be well made into a salad, which may be eaten with dressing of the oil base; that is, whether the French dressing or Mayonnaise - either would be well. At this period it would be well that some milk be taken, of one nature or another, preferably buttermilk, or that which has been treated with that that produces the proper fermentation.

21. Evenings - small quantities of meat, but these should only be those that do not carry fats.

22. It would be well that the body, each day before retiring, have a thorough massage with an electrically DRIVEN vibrator. Use that of the cup, or vacuum cup, over the body. Extend this to the extremities, especially along the main nerves as come to same, base of brain, along the side of the jaw, out to the arms and over the shoulders. The body will rest much better.

23. When necessity requires to relieve pains, we would use the enema to alleviate the pressure in the intestinal system. Be sure, however, that a portion of the last water

used, especially, carries Glyco-Thymoline, or Boris, or Boracic Acid, as an antiseptic in same. Or the first quantity - that is, to the gallon of water - we may use a level teaspoonful of salt and a heaping tablespoonful of soda, with a little of the Glyco - that is, a teaspoonful - with same. The last water used should carry at least - in a gallon and a half of water - two tablespoonsful of Glyco, see? Do that. Ready for questions.

24. (Q) What causes vomiting? (A) Backing up from the conditions in the duodenum, produced by the gall not acting properly in the system - the gall ducts.

25. (Q) Is her heart alright? (A) As has been given, pressures produced by disturbance in the hepatic circulation, as well as in the general circulation, by poisons in same. Do as we have given, and we will relieve these pressures.

26. We are through for the present.
