Time of Reading 3:20 to 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [357], present in this room; this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, there are a great many changes since last we had the body here. The most of these show for an improvement in the general physical forces of the body.

3. There are THESE precautions that the body should take:

4. Be mindful that there is the proper distribution of the diet, that there may be no hindrances in the body taking on that necessary element for the resuscitation of depleted forces in the system.

5. The destructive influences have been subsided. Not that there should be the total disallowance of those suggestions given for corrective forces, but the greater precaution is in keeping the well balanced and the nerve and blood building diet for the body; and continuing sufficiently with the conditions given for the corrections to keep an even balance in the present - and we will find the body will continue to be on the improve.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) What especially in regard to the diet should the body eat? (A) Be mindful that there is kept the tendency towards the alkalin, but that is blood and nerve building throughout - see? As is ordinarily termed, much that is body or blood building is considered at times of an acid nature, yet the necessary balance in these may be so changed as to keep the replenishing and body building - see?

8. (Q) Will you please advise me about my work? Shall I pull a position or wait until the fall to do that, or will they place me on a job without pulling someone at a reasonable salary? (A) As we would find, the better would be - in the present - not to be too hasty in making the activities to be so

continuous as to be detrimental to the recuperative forces of the body. And hence, while there should be the continuation of taking on those suggestions - and of those aids on the body may render, do not begin with the regular work before fall.

9. (Q) Shall I stay where I am living now? (A) For the present, yes.

10. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) Keep that even balance in the mental, in the attitude and aptitudes of the body, that is felt and known to be ever constructive in the mental and physical force. And we will find contentment, harmony and peace more and more in the activities and in the experience of the body.
