Time of Reading 4:30 to 4:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

2. As we find, while many conditions show improvement, there is still much to be desired in the physical forces. There is still the lack of that vitality to create a great deal of resistance.

3. Hence a form of anemia; lack of blood supply.

4. In the alimentary canal eliminations, then, disturbances are often caused. Thus headaches and tiredness, by the very accumulation of refuse forces through the alimentary canal.

5. At times also the eliminations at the menstrual periods become a disturbing factor, when there is a strain upon the organs of the pelvis; and this makes for heaviness and those attending conditions, with a scant menses, with the concurrent reactions in the organs during such periods.

6. There are still those lacks of proper assimilations.

7. As we find, care and precaution should be taken as for cold and congestion; and not to overtire self in any period of the activities, for then does the body through such activities become more susceptible to disturbing forces.

8. We would take White's Cod Liver Oil Tablets; four each day, two of morning, two of an afternoon.

9. It would be well, as we find, to use the Zilatone as an activative force for stirring the liver and its activities for the general eliminations. For this will also purify and clarify the gall duct area, stimulating the activities for the general system. We would take two tablets of morning and two of evening, the first day. The next day take only two in the evening. The next day take only one. Then skip two days. Then repeat these.

10. In the diets, use those combines that have been indicated. It is the manner of preparation and the manner of combination that often makes a great change in the reactions to the system. The necessary influences in the present, as we find, would be:

11. Mornings - citrus fruit juices; with once or twice or

357-7 Page 2

three times a week having these. If there is the activity of the physical body to a great extent, then do not have these too often. At the other periods or days of the week, we would use the whole wheat or cracked wheat, or the combinations as found in Maltex - for the malt with this makes for an EFFECTIVE activity in weight through the alimentary canal to aid the assimilations, and gives the strength and the necessary vitamins - as combined with the Cod Liver Oil. But do not use the citrus fruits and the cereals ever at the same meal.

12. Noons - it would be well to alter these meals between sea foods and raw vegetables, and a combination of vegetable soup or sea food soup. These should be varied, as we find, for the better conditions.

13. Evenings - liver, tripe, and the blood puddings (or its equivalent in the pudding made of ground liver; not raw but cooked, you see); these taken two to three times each week. The vegetables for this body should preferably be cooked in their OWN juices; hence if cooked in Patapar Paper they would be found to be more digestible - and only season with a little salt, pepper and butter.

14. Occasionally it would be well, too, once a week or the like, to have a thorough GENERAL manipulation osteopathically; this would be most helpful.

15. Ready for questions.

16. (Q) Is cauliflower good for this body? (A) Depends upon the manner of preparation, as with most foods. This is very good if it is prepared alone and cooked in its OWN juice, and not in either water or other seasonings. Season same only with salt and butter.

17. (Q) Are my pituitary glands functioning properly? (A) The combinations as indicated include activities upon these, as upon all the glands pertaining to the assimilating and digestive forces. The pituitary glands have more to do with the metabolism of the system, and thus affect the emotional forces - through those conditions, that are affected through the circulation. If the liver and those organs as indicated are cleansed with the properties indicated, these would function the better (the glands), as we find.

18. (Q) Am I very anemic? (A) As indicated, this is a portion of the disturbing factors in the system. As to how much anemic - well, about three to five MILLION of the red blood cells deficient!

19. (Q) Is Parke-Davis Haliver Oil with Viosterol Capsules good for this body? (A) For some conditions, very good. Not in the present, as

357-7 Page 3

we find; for these would become too straining upon the deficiencies that are acted upon by the system in a detrimental manner. We would preferably use the Zilatone tablets as indicated, with the effective activities from same upon the liver and kidneys, the gall duct, the spleen and pancreas; WITH the combination of the White's Cod Liver Oil Tablets. And these taken in the manner indicated do not injure, neither are they hard to take, but would build up the body; increasing the appetite - and adding those resistances better in the assimilation, as the system is cleared.

20. (Q) Any other advice for this body would be appreciated. (A) Do these for the conditions in the present.

21. We are through with this reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (Enclosed are directions for making blood pudding: To be prepared as follows: Ground Calf's Liver.................1/2 pound, Blood (which you can get butcher to save from grinding the liver)..............1/2 cup. Butter a pan six inches across and two inches deep. Season the liver with salt to taste and piece of butter the size of a walnut. Melt and mix with liver, then pour blood over the liver.
