Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: We have the body here, [357]; this we have had before.

2. Changes as we find have come about in the general physical forces of the body. At times these appear to be much improvements; at others there are a great deal of disturbances that arise from taxation of the nervous forces of the body, disturbances through the eliminations, accumulations of poisons through the system from the toxic forces that arise from very poor assimilation.

3. As we find in the present, we would follow more of those that have last been indicated for the body in the manner or matter of those forces where there are to be used the assistance or aids in the assimilating forces of the body, and the assimilating means through the digestive forces.

4. Also we would use the low electrical vibrations from the Wet Cell Appliance that would make for an activity to the glandular forces through those activities of the adrenals and the assistance to the thyroids and those through the digestive forces of the stomach itself. And as we find we would use same upon the body with the vibrations from the Chloride of Gold through the upper portion of the adrenals one day and the Spirits of Camphor for the activities and vibratory forces to the upper portion of the digestive system the next day, so that the activities through the lacteals and all of those portions of the assimilating system would be aided. The attachments would be made as follows:

5. The first day the small copper plate would be attached first, to the last dorsal, or the plexus of same which is at the lower end of the ganglia just between the 1st lumbar and the lower dorsal; while the other anode passing through the Gold Solution (two grains to one ounce of distilled water) would be attached last, over the lacteal duct and umbilicus center. This would be applied every other day for twenty to

thirty minutes.

6. On the other days (that is, every other day), for the same period of time, the small copper plate would be attached first at the 9th dorsal; while the other plate passing through the regular strength solution of the Spirits of Camphor would be attached last, over the umbilicus plexus - at the UPPER portion of same.

7. Rubs, as given, once or twice a day, morning or evening or morning and evening. Very little, but those from around the hips to the lower portion of the feet will prevent this tendency for the body to appear or to feel as if the circulation had stopped in portions of the lower limbs.

8. These activities as we find in keeping with the diet and those outlines as have been indicated would be well to continue.

9. Do that.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) Are my gums and teeth causing this body any trouble? (A) The gums and teeth are rather the effect of the disturbances through the poor assimilation or separation for the influences from those activities that should be aided by the suggestions through the use of the Appliance, by the secretions through the glandular forces both in the adrenals and in the assimilating forces to the lower portion of the liver duct and gland which work or function directly with the thyroids. The massage of the gums with Ipsab would be helpful, if it is done consistently; once a day, then rinse the mouth - massage with the finger.

12. (Q) How many red blood cells should this body have and how many deficient is it? (A) About three million deficient; she should have something like fifty-four to fifty-six million.

13. (Q) Am I at the home best suited for this body or should I make a change? (A) If the body adjusts itself to those conditions. But if those activities or environs in same make for those influences becoming irritating, then choose otherwise.

14. (Q) What is the cause and relief for the soreness and pain in my right side? (A) The tendencies for the contraction through the gall ducts and glandular forces of the lacteals. Hence the application of the electrical forces should be a stimulation to those portions of same.

15. (Q) Should the electric appliance now being used be discontinued? (A) Be discontinued.

16. (Q) What should be done for relief of head? (A) The massage with equal portions of the Olive Oil and Tincture of Myrrh would be most helpful.

17. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) Also those conditions as we find in the nasal passages, or those tendencies owing to the drying of secretions through these portions would be helped by an inhalant to make for the cleansing of same and for more of an oily solution in same. This would be breathed in, and would be made in this way and manner: To 4 ounces of 85% pure grain alcohol, add - in the order named: Oil of Eucalyptus....................30 minims, Rectified Oil of Turp................10 minims, Compound Tincture of Benzoin.........15 minims, Tolu in Solution.....................20 minims, Oil of Pine Needles...................5 minims. Shake this together but keep tightly corked and in a bottle twice the size of the solution; glass corked preferable. Inhale into the lungs through the nostril and through the throat. This will relieve the catarrhal condition that appears from the slowed circulation; as well as the massage as indicated - begin at the head or neck, around the ears, around the throat and especially along the vagus centers. [See 357-8, Par. R5, R6.]

18. (Q) Any other advice? (A) These we would do in the present.
