1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [357]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there are improvements in many directions even since last we had the body here.

4. Yet with the extra strain and with the inclement conditions and at times bad surroundings for the body, with those inclinations and tendencies which are existent, there are disturbing factors.

5. These as we find would be the corrections or the helpful forces in the present - and why:

6. We would take two characters of tonics, and these would appear in a manner to overlap one another - yet the combinations of these, and the extra amount of vitamins in each form, would work well for the system.

7. First, we would take - and keep - the Codiron. Not only is the activity of this for the building up as a tonic in the blood stream, but the cod liver oil and iron will make for resistances in a form and manner that are effective in resistance to cold; creating more vitality; being helpful in the conditions through the pulmonaries, through the digestive forces, and aiding in general body-building. We would take the Codiron consistently, morning and evening, during the meal.

8. Then we would also take, twice a day, the extra-vitamin Yeast tablets, or bars; but these we would take rather in periods. Take twice a day for ten days, then leave off for five days. Then take for another period of ten days, and then leave off for another five days. Then take for another period of ten days - and so on. The activity of these will be upon the eliminating system, making for better conditions through the alimentary canal; and also - with the extra quantity of vitamins being added - will supply, with the

other vitamins added through the Codiron, energies sufficient to create better resistance throughout the season when there is a danger from inclement weather. Take THESE half an hour BEFORE the meal, see?

9. Keep the feet dry, though, at all times. This does not mean the body should not bathe the feet, but keep them dry from exposure, especially.

10. In the matter of the diet, we find those things required with these stimulations will be more of the vital forces as building foods.

11. Then, we would take whole wheat or cracked wheat as a cereal some days, with oatmeal or Wheatena or the like on other days; while at other periods there would be taken only prunes - at others only citrus fruit juices. These should be the principal or basic portion of the morning meal. They may be altered to suit the GENERAL conditions of the body, or the desire of appetite. With any of these there may be combined the whole wheat toast, or buckwheat cakes with honey, milk or coffee. Any of these may be combined.

12. But in the noon meal we would have rather the vegetable soups or the combination of vegetables, and a portion of it green or raw. Also any of the fruit juices may be taken, - that is, as stewed fruits or combinations of stewed fruits. Any of these may be taken.

13. The evening meal should be the one preferably when the larger quantity of vegetables would be taken - that is, that are separately cooked; and when the meats would be taken.

14. Of evenings when first returning, take a little stimuli as red wine or egg and spirits frumenti - this would be very well, but ONLY before the meal is taken - though as early before the meal, of course, as is possible. At first it may appear that this would interfere with the meal, but gradually - as there's more strength and resistance - the meal will increase, or the appetite for same.

15. No fried foods - but fish, fowl or lamb are preferable as the meats.

16. Ready for questions.

17. (Q) What is the cause of soreness in right shoulder and cure for same? (A) Lack of proper eliminations. Tendencies for the cord, [umbilical cord?] where fats are taken, to be irritated. Hence no fried foods, nor great quantities of fats.

18. (Q) Should I continue the apple brandy treatment? and how is this condition? (A) The inhalation of the apple brandy is very well, and very well to be kept. This is at abeyance and now if we

purify the blood stream, building up resistance, it should be eliminated.

19. (Q) What other sweets than honey may be taken, if any? (A) Preferably only such sweets, and the combinations of such. [See 357-11, Par. R2.] However, at times figs and fruits that are as preserves or stewed may be taken.

20. (Q) What is my blood count? (A) This is deficient in the red count, about four.

21. (Q) What should it be? (A) About seventy-two.

22. (Q) Any other advice for this body? (A) This we would do for the present.
