Time of Reading 3:30 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. N.Y.C. (These bodies and the product known as Atomidine, please inform us what the marketing possibilities are and the manner and means of getting the widest distribution.)
1. EC: In preparing the bodies for the better physical functionings, warnings have been given to each. Well were each to consider well that which has been given as to the better means of creating in the bodies a balance necessary for the better physical functioning.
2. In Dr. [358]: The low electrical vibration [358-4] that will enable the assimilated forces in system to be equalized with the general circulation as to prevent blocks in the lymph and blood and nerve impulses.
3. In [257]: Respecting the eliminations that should be created in a balanced manner from the excesses of drosses from the indigestive reaction, concerning which the body has been warned. In this body it would be well that there be the sweats and the deep massage and manipulation to make for the better balancing in the present.
4. As to those possibilities in Atomidine, these - as we have given - should be carried to the public rather than only through the activity of any ONE branch of the profession, yet through branches of the medical profession - or practitioner - there may be the stimulation for the distribution. And, as many a product is handled, it may be advertised as one that may be prescribed by the profession and such packages may be so arranged (as many) that the physicians prescription replaces the labels on the bottle. But the wider distribution may be had in this way and manner, as we find, without excess cost as for the distribution of same:
5. First, to the profession there should be sufficient of physicians' samples so that when there is considered a given territory for distribution or advertising that the physician may use same and report on same.
6. Then the homeopathic and the neuropathic and the eclectic
358-5 Page 2
schools, that are the more active in various sections of the country, could or should be appealed to directly.
7. And then the local newspaper advertising, that there may be given the stimuli for the use of same to the public.
8. And when such is done, as we find, the product will prove of inestimable value as an aid to better health in all those places where distribution is increased.
9. By taking the local portion as an illustration: There are particular localities in varied portions of the country where the physician - whether of the one or the other school of practice - would find the product to be of particular value or worth. Choosing, then, such locations as these, it may be given for what particular purpose the product may be used, or that particular value to which the product will be appealing; not only to the public but to the practitioner as well. As each location is chosen, then, the local advertising would be done and the physician's samples would be sent at the same time, and this will enable many a physician to prescribe same that would possibly never prescribe same without such being called to immediate attention.
10. We would begin first, as in the present or coming season, in Louisiana first, Arkansas, then west Tennessee and east Missouri. In these sections it would be advertised for that particular disturbance of malarial fever, and the like. Colds, congestion.
11. In Ohio, it would be for these disturbances from the character of water that disturbs the activity of the thyroids to and unbalancing of their activity; and in each locality the advertisement would be for those conditions that are the most prevalent.
12. This outline should require about a year's activity, and if each locality or each parish is taken separately (Then, in Arkansas each county taken separately) the requirements in dollars and cents lessened from one to two thousand dollars; and should in the two years return three to four hundred thousand dollars.
13. (Q) What channel can be used to obtain the finances necessary? (A) Either the homeopathic or neuropathic profession would be well to consider. But carried on this scale as outlined, such a small amount would be required that only a small portion of stock or of association would be necessary for the returns that may be had. For, as in the Pontchartrain parish there would be spent possibly some $350 to $400 in advertising and physicians samples in the parish, where the return would be - in the month to six weeks - something like $1100 to $1200, or some $400 to $500 net. Then this might

be used in the next locality, and thus it would begin to pyramid. Why spend as much that may be kept, save as as an aid in keeping those portions already active?
14. (Q) Should any particular individuals be approached to secure the finances necessary? (A) These as outlined. Obtain a list of these in all portions of the country. The homeopathic, the neuropathic, and the eclectic schools. The eclectic are more in the East Shore, as the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, and - of course - through portions of Pennsylvania and to New England. The homeopathic may be found more in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois. The neuropathic are not so numerous, yet more widely distributed throughout the land.
15. (Q) Is there a doctor in New York whom we could approach on this? (A) Are you going to advertise in Louisiana and then begin with a doctor in New York? Begin with the doctor in Louisiana! Find them in those professions!
16. (Q) Would you suggest any individuals who could be approached to put up the two or three thousand dollars? (A) Those that have been outlined.
