Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.J. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [360]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, the general conditions in the body are on the improve; for there is better assimilation and better distribution of that assimilated in the system, so that the cellular forces in the system itself are not only for resuscitation but revivification of those portions that have been and still are under strains of being impoverished by general conditions and from impingements or subluxations in nerve centers and ganglia that have prevented the efficient - or sufficient and efficient - amount of activity from the various portions of the body as related to the distresses that have existed and do exist in reference to the optics and their activity.
3. These conditions only need, as we find, the continued carrying on of that which will enable all portions of the body to function in the manner as to produce for the system the necessary forces in supplying nutriment to the system. For, as is understood, the whole of the body rejuvenates and replaces itself from period to period. That some portion, some organ, some function of an organ becomes involved is that some gland or some body within the functioning of the glands - that produce the necessary urea or ohm in the blood for resuscitating - has become unactive or inactive (Now, there's a vast difference in unactive and inactive, when related to glands or glandular activity!), and these effects produced by such a condition allow the action of influences in the system at times (as in this body we are speaking of) to become rather derogatory to the sustaining of vitale [vitaille?] sufficient for normal action.

4. But, if there is kept the relations, the stimuli in the manner outlined, we will find there will be built that necessary.
5. And, to be sure, keep the mind and the body in that constructive idea, constructive activity, seeing - as each application is made - that being created within the body necessary for resuscitation and revivification in this body.
6. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) What effect have the glands in this case? (A) As indicated, all the elements for revivifying, or for producing reproduction of functionings of organs, functionings of activities, functionings of nerve forces, are produced by glands. Hence, as the condition has been and is dependent upon the resuscitating of the influences, these have an effect. Hence the stimulation necessary along the cerebrospinal system, and the adjustments, as to allow the perfect flow of activity through the nerve impulses of ganglia activity. And, as the system is builded for better general health in assimilation, in distribution, it will aid the glands in producing or performing their functions necessary. Do not leave off the adjustments or the electrical forces that revivify. When at times there are the reactions produced that cause disease to the body, do not make the periods so long - but continue the impulse.
8. (Q) Should the body keep on with the potato poultice? (A) These applications may be made occasionally, but where they produce irritation - do not.
9. (Q) How often should the poultice be used? (A) When the eyes feel heavy, and it's necessary that some of the secretions be thrown off and not be counter-balanced in the coordinating of eliminating forces of the system, very well to use. May be once a week, may be once a month. Let the intuitive forces within self predominate.
10. (Q) How long should the poultice be kept on at each time? (A) Until the solution or body of the potato itself has blackened well, or drawn sufficient for blackening it well. May be sometimes three to five minutes, may be sometimes an hour to two hours.
11. (Q) Should the violet ray be used? (A) Should be used.
12. (Q) How often should this be used? (A) If it's used a little period every day it isn't too often.
13. (Q) How long at a time?
360-4 Page 3
(A) A little period? One minute to three-quarters of a minute. Two minutes if necessary.
14. (Q) Should the diet be changed in any way? (A) Only as becomes necessary to meet the balances of that being created by the adjustments and the regulations of the activities in the system. Keep the coordination as near as possible in all eliminating systems, so that the eliminations through the alimentary canal - the respirations - the perspirations - the activities of the kidneys and ALL organs, ALL functionings - are kept coordinating. The diet does this, as is understood by the one manipulating or adjusting.
