1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before. In some respects we find conditions bettered, while in others we still find the effects of those inroads being made by the impoverishment to certain portions of the system, especially that maintained in the vision of the body.

2. These conditions, as we find, exist as outlined; that where there is an impoverishment to any center or centers here through which a portion of the organ or the activity of the organ receives the impulse for activity - or for the ability, as in this particular case, to resuscitate nutriment from the system itself or that which has been assimilated and prepared for the varied functionings or supplying of certain elements or matters in the various functioning organs themselves to perpetuate or to sustain themselves, THAT portion of the system thus impeded makes for those conditions where deterioration of the portion of the body sets in.

3. In this case, as indicated, these are for the supplying of those forces or conditions where the vision is involved, or the gray and white matter in the optic nerves themselves - RATHER than in the lens or in those forces in the chrysalis of the eyeball itself. But rather that portion from which the optic nerves gain impulse of perpetuation of self from those stations in the brain centers, and necessarily through the impulse to those centers along the cerebrospinal system for the nutriment necessary this this then BECOMES a CONSUMING force. And hence is called first that of a consuming force of that portion of the organ, later atrophy - or the resultant effects from same.

4. As to the application to increase this flow, not only as nerve energies to maintain or sustain activity from ganglia along the upper dorsal and cervical area but also those impulses in that assimilated by the digestive area and carried through the circulatory system as a blood supply - and not only then as a blood supply to the area indicated,

but that which also in this plasm in the flows of active impulse will take away from these portions of the body that which has been or is USED, or the ash or dross or the forces that are degenerate in the use of same; all of these drainages are necessary, for resuscitation.

5. While the applications have been for impulse of nerve energy, it not being an expose of the ALIGNMENT as from the perpendicular angle to the cerebrospinal, but rather as for a lateral position also, that in the first and third cervical to the first and fourth dorsal area must also receive those alignments; and PARTICULARLY will these be noted in the second dorsal and in BETWEEN the third and fourth cervical center.

6. Then, in the manipulation, relieve pressure in these specific areas, as from he left; that is, from the left shoulder - side - using the left arm as the point of contact, see - that left side of the body - making pressures in these particular areas, the upper dorsal and the lower cervical as indicated - for a release or supply of nutriment through the circulation to the portions of the body; and, as WE find, these will be the MORE helpful.

7. This application, necessarily, would be made by the one making the adjustments.

8. As to the application of the things given, in the violet ray to the cervical area and to the optics themselves, these are for the influencing of the circulation that is released by such adjustments - or releasements from subluxations of the nature and character indicated in these special areas of the body. To make the blood supply more effective in drawing them to the centers necessary where there needs to be supplied that which would aid to bring resuscitation, and WILL not, DOES not, with the proper manipulations and drainage kept, tend to make for ANY accumulation that would be harmful to the vision or to the eye itself; UNLESS such long periods were given that it centralized or crystallized any of the lobular activity in the chrysalis itself.

9. As indicated by the application of the vegetable, or that of the bulbular nature that is drawing to those forces as to make for activity of the flow of lymph itself to the portions of the system - as indicated from the the secretions that are seen at times, there are the variations in the lymph and emunctory activity of the white or the watery blood in the exterior or superficial circulation in the portion of the head. For, at times same is indicated by the coloring that makes for white; an acid condition that is conducive to destructive forces when these are seen, in the darkening of the pulp that is applied. Then there are other

variations or colors by the watery activity, making for a pinkish, or a tinge that produces - as it were - too severe a drawing; THIS is nearer that which is helpful in creating a balance. As also have been the applications of the properties that would make for an easing or a dissolving of forces that tend to crystallize from a poor circulation through the upper portion of the body, and in the jaw and side of head, by the use of those poultices that have been indicated. These are as solvents, or to produce those solvents in the system that prevent this crystallization, and are helpful to those conditions in the body as produced by poisons themselves, as well as for stimulation of circulation to those portions.

10. Follow these more specifically, with hopefulness; yes. Do not even be discouraged with those periods when seemingly there must eventually come darkness into the experience of the entity in the present; but know HE is the light, and in the application of those influences that may bring to the body the best in the physical forces - and these being the more perfectly accomplished - will there be brought that as He sees is needed for the better needs of this body, mind and soul in this experience.

11. Be patient; be persistent; be consistent. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) How often and for how long a period should the mullein poultices be applied? (A) Until there is a relief of the tautness, or the pains that gather there at times. As indicated, these become helpful in both conditions in the applications. The more specific in the application is that LATERAL; or those releases in areas indicated are from lateral rather than perpendicular pressures, see? So that making the convex, or pressure in the convex manner, will be the greater relief.
