1. EC: We have the body here, [361]. Now, we find there are specific conditions as cause malnutrition throughout the system. In the variations in this body from that as would ordinarily be seen in a condition of the character, these are interesting.

2. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body physical - [361] we are speaking of.

3. THE BLOOD SUPPLY shows an insufficient quantity of the vitims [vitamins] necessary for the storing of energy and vitality, and there are often requirements for the developing body that causes stress, even pain at times, through various portions of the system. Notably, that as seen in the right side - in the region of the diffusion of the assimilated foods. Not the liver, not the pancreas, not the caecum - but in this same REGION. Again these may be seen in the left side, toward the head. THIS an activity with and from the destruction of the red blood cells, and comes from the spleen - which is, in itself, engorged. Hence that feeling at times of that rather itching and fullness across the diaphragm, and HEAVINESS after same in the breath.

4. In the NERVE SYSTEM, here we find the greater differentiation from ORDINARILY such conditions, for the nerves and their reflexes are very GOOD - considering the various disorders as naturally come from this disturbance in the system. In the sympathetic and cerebrospinal, both, we at times find there is a STRAIN ON same, produced by lack of vitality or nerve energy.

5. The functioning of the ORGANS themselves show only strain UNDER the conditions existent, especially - specific - in the glands in this region of the diffusion of assimilated foods.

6. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions for this body, it will be found that it will be necessary to change

in the manner in which the various conditions as would bring normalcy would be administered, for a condition must be changed - and then changed again - that there may be kept proper coordination in the system, as to the eliminating systems, as to the distribution of the energies as may be builded up in the system, that they may not become distraught in ANY direction, OVER developing in one and UNDER developing in another. So this, as we would give, would be for forty to sixty days. THEN we would CHANGE to meet the needs of the conditions as would be brought about.

7. First, the diet: This would be considered rather seriously, and this should be a PRACTICAL - though, necessarily, these may be changed from time to time; being sure that the correct balance is kept as to the alkalin and acid foods, or PRODUCING foods in the system.

8. For the morning meal - and eat the meals! these should be of the citrus fruit, with a GRUEL, and MILK - that is at least heated; not boiled, heated!

9. In the noon meal, this should be principally of meat juices - but NOT the meat. ESPECIALLY should these be well divided between beef juice, liver and tripe. These should be well divided, and this at noon - NOT at night.

10. Then, in the evening - most of the vegetables that are grown all ABOVE the ground. All the sweets or the sugars should be of the saccharin nature, and not of cane nor of beet - but rather that as is of a VEGETABLE nature. These may be taken in moderation, and SHOULD be used by the body in moderation. Milk should also from a good part of the evening meal, but THIS should PREFERABLY be of that that is dried, or that as comes in the compounds of those preparations for the developments in the system as related to digestion, and the alterations in these - whether of the mixed WITH the milk or of the food itself, dissolved, will be able to alter or change the activities of the alimentary canal.

11. Also there should be given as MEDICINAL properties those of iron, quinine and wine. These should be taken in MODERATION, but under the supervision of a physician - for it is as necessary as assimilation takes place, that there be the proper distribution of the blood supply, and these will alter same.

12. Keep the intestinal tract open, even though ENEMAS may be necessary at times - but correcting proportions of the milk as with the evening food, and with the proper use of the citrus fruits of morning, should keep the alimentary canal open.

13. These, we would find, would be for the forty or the

sixty days.

14. We would, whenever the body ready for retiring of evening, rub the body down - especially along the cerebrospinal nerve system, or the whole of the spinal column - with COLD WATER, see? or cloth wrung out of cold water - RUB thoroughly. FOLLOW same with a stiff rub with coarse cloth. This will allow the body to rest easy, and will keep the eliminations as related to that assimilated well divided. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) Can the body remain in school? (A) Should, about half time.

16. (Q) Should he wear glasses? (A) When studying or reading.

17. (Q) Are the ones he has satisfactory? (A) For the present, though won't be in forty days from now!

18. We are through for the present. Copy to Mother " " Ass'n office " " Cayce Hospital
