Time of Reading 4:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Much bettered are the conditions with this body, than when we had them before. We would change or alter much the food values for the system. While we would keep principally those of the vegetable, fruit and nuts, but those of the fowl or of SHELL fish IN MODERATION may be added, as well as the fish - see? We would also, for the time being - that is, at least for three to five days - set up a drainage through the alimentary canal. Each morning before breakfast take two teaspoonsful, either of honeyida [Hunyadi Water] water or of concentrated Pluto, see? This only kept for four to five days. Then the regular activities as have been outlined, for the exercises, for the whole conditions of the body, kept up - and we will find the body will CONTINUE on the improve, and gain the nearer normal equilibrium. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) What treatment should he have for his eyes? (A) Preferably, there should be those of the deep manipulation, from at least the 4th, 5th dorsal to the head, and THEN the application of the violet ray applicator. These will stimulate and aid and assist in the proper drainage from the system; aided by that as kept up in the general system. These given about once each week would be EXTREMELY beneficial to the body. Do that.

3. (Q) Is food cooked in aluminum detrimental to his health? (A) Better were they cooked in the ENAMEL.

4. (Q) Are the Battle Creek foods good for him? (A) Very good. We would rather follow those as we have outlined here, however - for in many of the conditions as prepared, especially in the food values, many of these have grown rather old.

5. GC: That is all the questions regarding this body.

6. EC: In the balancing of that between the nut and the

fruit diet, beware of apples too much - unless they be of the jenneting variety. Citrous fruits may be well divided. The nuts should consist of those of MANY varieties, well prepared. The sweets should consist of ONLY those of honey and the honeycomb, for the present - see?

7. (Q) No saccharin? (A) Saccharin may be used for the sweetening of the cereals or for the others, but those of the rest - honey in the honeycomb may be used, even with cakes - especially in the rice cakes, or that of the buckwheat cakes - these would be good, and he likes 'em!

8. That is all the questions regarding this body.

9. We are through with this reading.
