1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [361] this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, much might be said as respecting this body, the developing physical forces and body - activity at this time, with the developing mental potentialities, the environs and their effect upon this development - both corporal and spiritual.

3. As we see from the physical conditions existent, and those that have been outlined in times past for the body, the impetus received from conception - as indicated - was lacking somewhat in vitale [life energies] as related to the purely material or corporal body.

4. The changes wrought in the environs have made for a nearer normal development, yet in the period at present the body-physical is passing through decided changes in the mental and physical outlook of the atomic influences within the body; these being raised in their atomic influence through the development of the atomic or atom force in the functioning of organs and their growth in the physical forces.

5. Then, with the lack of vitale in certain directions, as we have indicated in creating the proper equilibrium for this development, all portions of the system, all organs of the body are called upon for their contribution to this development.

6. Hence we find in specific organs, as in the genital organs, unusual movement or irritation being effected, in those portions of the system particularly.

7. These naturally, calling upon the system, make for an awareness through the mental and physical development of the body, and those portions that must be the greater supply from the physical standpoint - FOR the necessary nutriment, vitality, energy, force and power to produce a normalcy - suffer in a direct or indirect manner.

8. Hence a disturbance in the digestive system, with pains occurring at times - first in the lacteal area, again in the left side toward the adrenal gland area or across the small of the back at times, with dull mean headaches at times resulting from them, as bearing down on top of the head and blind staggers at times that result, the blood being called from portions of the system to supply those glands that are creating for the system these necessary conditions.

9. True, these may be called - by some - the normal development [for adolescence]. To be sure, they are the NATURAL development - but, as to whether the development is normal or not depends upon the abilities of the system to supply the necessary vitale in the direction that is needed, without producing detrimental conditions to other portions of the body - see?

10. Hence, as we find, it would be well in the present that proper consideration be given to the system in this direction, as we would find would be the most helpful or the most beneficial:

11. About three times each week, when the body is ready for retiring, we would first use the electrically driven vibrator, using the sponge applicator, over the whole of the cerebrospinal system and particularly from the 9th dorsal area to the back of the knees (with the body lying prone, of course, on face - see?).

12. After this has been used for some ten minutes in all, and at least five minutes of it in the particular area mentioned - that is, 9th dorsal, over the lumbar and sacral area - we would massage into the system, all this particular area, all the cocoa butter that the body will absorb; which won't be a great deal, but use just what the body absorbs (When it has been vibrated in the manner as indicated, see?).

13. We would also begin with very small doses of the compound Atomidine, one to two drops in a whole glass of water each day. As we find, it would be preferable to take this upon arising of mornings.

14. The body should not strain self in ANY way, as in lifting heavy weights or doing any undue exercise to overtire the body. This does not indicate or mean that the body should become dilatory or lazy, but the severe activities should be refrained from.

15. There should be plenty of fresh air activity at all times, in the open as much as possible, with a considerable amount of sun baths each day through these periods - see?

16. At all times there should be used only light covering when sleeping, and the body should retire early and rise

early.

17. Refrain from taking coffee or tea, or any stimulating drink; no coca-cola, no drinks that carry a high percentage of carbonated waters. Ice cream, sherbert or the like may be taken, but not carbonated drinks; nor tea or coffee. Ovaltine or cereal drinks, or milk, should be taken, not too great a quantity.

18. And the diet should be WHOLESOME and well-rounded; refraining from any hog meat of ANY character; preferably using lamb, fowl, fish or the like. Occasionally beef may be taken, but not too much. The internal organs of any animal are the better for the body, as the heart, the liver, the kidneys, the tripe, the maw, or any such - see?

19. Follow these for at least three to six months, and we will see an EXCELLENT balancing of the body; strong, robust, and a well-BALANCED body.

20. Ready for questions.

21. (Q) How may the moles be removed from the body? (A) Don't worry about those! Worry more about correcting the internal forces, and let these take care of themselves! These are usually as signs.

22. (Q) What is the cause and cure for the creaking in the joints? (A) Perfecting the fuller development of the necessary fluids and elements throughout the activity of the body.

23. (Q) To what color or colors does the body vibrate? (A) Purple and blue. [8/10/34 He obtained Life Rdg. 361-4.]

24. (Q) Are the athletic stunts which the body does injurious? (A) Too severe at times, as we have indicated.

25. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Keep the mental balance, or the mental attributes of the body, in accord with a normal developing body. Do not give the mental mind those seeds that are of the exciting nature; rather those of a normal development throughout.
