Time of Reading 11:05 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes. As we find, the local conditions as are indicated are somewhat on the improve; yet we would use the Bichloride solution as an antiseptic wash for same, which would be much preferable.
2. And there would be a massage of the limb, from the knee or from just above the knee downward, with the salt and apple vinegar; not over the place itself, but the salt and vinegar massage.
3. Mullein stupes used in place of the flaxseed would be the more preferable.
4. And, as we find, as soon as this IS reduced, there should be those attentions as to the POSITION of same. The greater injury has been to the covering of the bone itself, and the tendency for a shattering; which - unless it is cared for properly - may give some trouble later.
5. These we would do in the present.
6. Making for a stimulation by giving those foods that carry some calcium will be much preferable in the present.
7. If there continues to be a tendency for nausea or weakness, or dizziness, it would be well to increase the circulation with strychnine; but under the direction of a physician, to be sure.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) Should the mullein stupes be applied just after the cleansing with the Bichloride solution? (A) Just after the cleansing with the Bichloride solution. These would be put on the injured part; and this we would do at least twice a day.
10. (Q) What is cause and cure for noise in throat when eating? (A) This will naturally be overcome of itself. The cause is the natural condition or position of the throat itself. This will gradually be outgrown.
11. (Q) Is there an over-development of any of the glands? (A) Not as we find.
12. (Q) Should he take any more Atomidine?
361-6 Page 2
(A) Leave this off for the present.
13. (Q) Is he eating anything he should not? (A) As indicated, we would give more of the calcium foods in the present; leaving off the Atomidine.
14. (Q) What attentions should be given to the toe after the infection has cleared up? (A) Let it be examined and treated according to those findings through the x-ray!
15. (Q) Any further suggestion for the benefit of this body? (A) These we would do in the present. These are SPECIFIC conditions, to be sure.
16. We are through for the present. Copy to Mrs. [303] " " Ass'n file
