Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [361].
2. As we find, while conditions may be considered very good in many respects, there are disturbances which may cause physical reactions that would become rather detrimental to the body - unless there is kept a better coordination through the mental, the physical and the spiritual, each in their respective sphere.
3. Those inclinations for poisons, that have been indicated as being a portion of the make-up of the system, are still apparent.
4. Then the making for the high vibrations as are activative with the system, with these loose as it were and not always being eliminated through their proper channels, causes a high nerve tension in the body.
5. Thus it makes for a nervousness and an irritability. And being at that age, that stage of glandular forces in the system making for changes in the activative forces and the impelling forces through impulse, nerve forces, we find the body often becoming rather erratic, rather in that position wherein - not the intent and purpose in the whole of the system, yet - there is the response so quickly in its high vibratory forces as to produce or make for detrimental conditions, and for hard environments about the body.
6. Remember, as has been indicated, in raising in meditation the vibrations of the body the very glandular system - that is making for the changes - is aroused to activity. And unless these are controlled mentally, or are given expression in constructive forces, they turn then upon themselves.
7. As we would find, in meeting the needs of these conditions, there may be applied (from without to the within) influences that tend to make for a more perfect coordination; so that the will and those coordinating forces between the impulses and the emotions, and the spiritual vibrations of the body - by will and choice - may be

coordinated.
8. We would prepare, then, this:
9. To 2 ounces of Strained Honey we would add 4 ounces of Distilled Water. Let this come to a boil. Skim off the scum or refuse from the top. Do not let it boil hard, but just sufficiently to clear same of impurities. Then set aside. When nearly cool add, first, 1 1/2 ounces of Grain Alcohol. Then to this as the carrier, add - in the order named: Tincture of Valerian.....................1 ounce, Elixir of Calisaya.....................1/2 ounce, 10% solution Iodide of Potassium........10 minims, 10% solution Bromide of Potassium.......20 minims, Tincture of Capsici......................3 minims. Shake the solution before the dose is taken, which would be a teaspoonful night and morning; night before retiring, morning before any meals are taken.
10. Also about every day we would use the Radio-Active Appliance (and use this during the periods of meditation). Keep the anodes or plates very clean, and put into the ice about twenty minutes before it is attached to the body. Disconnect and let all dry when not in use.
11. And during the meditation, rather let this be the attitude; not as a supplication but rather as the pouring out of self:
12. FATHER, GOD, I AM THINE. MAKE ME IN BODY, IN MIND, THAT THOU WOULD HAVE ME BE; THAT I IN HUMBLENESS OF SPIRIT, IN HUMBLENESS OF BODY, MAY BE THE GREATER CHANNEL THROUGH WHICH THE TEACHINGS, THE LOVE, THE MERCY OF JESUS, THY SON, MAY BE SHOWN. HEAL MY BODY, MY MIND, TO THE ATTUNEMENT OF THY MERCY, THY PATIENCE, THY LOVE - AS MAY BE MANIFESTED IN ME, NOW.
13. In thine own words, in thine own way, but hold those thoughts; not as rote but as a seeker for light.
14. For Jesus is the way and the light, and in Him is the strength - but not of self-willed nor of an imperfect body (as to attunement); and not of self-indulgence nor of self-glorification nor of self-exaltation - but be ye humble even as He.
15. And doing these, we will find that the better physical and mental attitudes may be thine.
