Time of Reading 11:30 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ill. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes. Much change in many ways, as we find, and the greater portion for improvement. While the body recognizes that long has been the trials and the discouragements that have come through and with all those things that have been used or applied for the general welfare, if the body will keep that air of helpful hopefulness, knowing that all things work together for good to those that put their trust in His holy word, there will also come - with the patience that is necessary for manifestations under the existent conditions - the consciousness of, and the developing of, the soul life, the soul forces within the self.

2. We would continue in the greater part with those things we have given for the correcting and improvement of the general conditions of the body.

3. With the massage to the joints, we would use more and more of the properties that we have outlined. Not necessary, to be sure, that more than the body will absorb be used, but massage the joints sufficiently that this is taken up, and use all that the body will absorb at each treatment.

4. Also at this time we find the electric vibrations from the appliances that have been used would not be harmful, but rather would have a tendency towards a helpfulness for the general condition [Electric box, and electro magnetic circle]. While there will be the tendency for this to produce some more irritation to the capillary circulation, as to cause the abrasions to become rather inflamed, but with the massage and with the properties taken as we have outlined (the internal forces), these should be helpful.

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) What results are the internal medicine supposed to bring about, and is the medicine doing its work? (A) It is to create in the blood supply the activity to the glands that aid in supplying elements for the system, and is working to a great extent. Not complete, to be sure.

Changes may even be necessitated later on, but at the present we would continue.

7. (Q) Does the liniment that is put on the joints penetrate thru the skin and to the bone, or does it just cause friction and get the blood to do the work? (A) As indicated from that given respecting same, if this is massaged more - not to produce irritation - a sufficient quantity that will strike through to the tendons' covering, it will also produce friction in the blood supply. But it should strike through to the cushions or pads of muscular forces and tendon ends about the joints, see?

8. (Q) Are there any foods I should avoid, that irritate my condition? (A) As we have outlined, foods that are BUILDING for the body will be good. The diet should be quite varied, you see. And, as these changes come about, the body can best determine that which agrees the better, see? It would be well, to be sure, to take all those foods that the body will well handle. The activities of the body must be taken into consideration also. Fats would be well, you see, all kinds, provided there is not sufficient or such quantities as to throw the system into a reaction that would cause distress again.

9. (Q) Would it be advisable to force the joints a little to bring about limberance? (A) It would not! Not as yet. Be patient. Be persistent. Force just a little, to be sure, in the massage and in the rubs, but NOT force; for this would only strain or tear loose tendons that would not be for the better.

10. (Q) Should the battery electric current AND the electro-magnetic circle BOTH be used? (A) The ring.

11. (Q) The electro-magnetic circle? (A) The electro-magnetic circle.

12. (Q) Is there anything that can be done about the hair that is falling out, or are the roots dead from the skin trouble? [Eczema of scalp?] [T.B. of lymphatic glands?] (A) Do not be disturbed about this. As there is the revivifying of the whole system, this should take on a different condition, as the GENERAL condition is helped - see? Keep this up for at least six to eight weeks, and then we would give further instructions.
