Time of Reading 11:40 to 11:50 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ala. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Now, as we find, in some respects the general physical conditions are some better; in others not so well; in others not much change.
2. While there has been the reaction from the properties taken internally, that has reduced somewhat the quantity of the poisons that make accumulations in various portions of the system (producing the pressure and the effects had upon the general strength of the body and the equilibrium of the whole nervous system), these have only been in part - as we find. Hence the causes have not been removed. In so far as this has affected the system, it is very good, but with still the accumulations in the whole of the assimilating system - those tendencies to affect the nerve ganglia through the pressures created by poisons or impurities in the system, there are still caused those reactions at times to the activities of the body; the inability of the body to function nominally or normally; and in this there is not much change.
3. The gradual using up of the strength and vitality through the inability of the body to function normally is gradually reducing the vitality of the body, CHANGING - as it were - the effects that are being produced by these changes or strains, and making the tendency towards other conditions that may affect the system. The cirrhosis, or the tendency for this condition in the liver, is somewhat improved; but is more as if the condition was stirred up, rather than removing same.
4. As we find in the present, we would continue with the properties that have been outlined for the body.
5. We WOULD, however, occasionally have the high enemas. While these will make the tendency for weakness for a few days after such, they will relieve the pressures and the reactions will be better - if these are taken. They may be taken once in two weeks, or twice in a month, or three times

in a month; not oftener, but HIGH enemas, in the way and manner as outlined.
6. As the vibrations are not being given, WE would make it the business of some individual to give manipulative measures along the whole of the cerebrospinal system. This may be done as a general massage each evening as the body is ready for retirement; five to ten minutes of this would be very helpful to the body.
7. This we would do for the present.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) Is there any way to check the spells at night? (A) As we find, with the removal of the pressures in the caecum and throughout the colon, with the distribution by manipulations along the cerebrospinal system by a gentle massage or rubbing along the spine from the base of the brain, these would come nearer to being relieved. For, to give those properties that would only act as sedatives, the reactions would be worse than the condition in the present.
10. (Q) How much exercise should he take? (A) Just so the body is not OVER tired.
11. (Q) Is it beneficial or detrimental for him to use Aspirin? (A) Detrimental when large quantities are taken.
12. (Q) If used, should it be with ammonia? (A) Better with just the plain water; if these are used they should be used separate.
13. (Q) Should both the Atomidine and tonic be continued as outlined? (A) Both should be continued. But we would add the high enemas, once in two weeks or three times in a month; and EACH day (if the vibrations are not to be given) give the manipulation, which would mean massaging down the spine each evening, from five to ten minutes.
14. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) These we would adhere to. As we find, there will be response.
