1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. As we find, conditions are rather serious. With those exercises that have been indicated - that is, the use of the high colonics to reduce the poisons in the system, - there needs to be adjustments made, not chiropractically but OSTEOPATHICALLY, else they would be too severe upon the heart's activity.

4. Give - but only under the suggestions and administration of a physician - those properties that tend to flow the circulation FROM the heart. This is flooding too often. The pressure is too high. Use the digitol [Trade name of a fat free tincture of digitalis.] rather than digitalis, but only under a physician's direction.

5. But DO have the massage, and at least every other day the colonic irrigations.

6. And we will find bettered conditions for this body.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) What may be done to enable me to sleep better and to gain strength? (A) Get rid of the poisons through the manners indicated, and REST. Take easily assimilated foods. Beef juice, sipped - not taken by spoonsful, but take at least three to four minutes to sip a teaspoonful of this, three to four times a day - this will be strengthening. Also fruits, vegetables raw and cooked, will bring strength and - if the pressure is reduced - will bring the ability to rest, or to lie down.

Keep away from narcotics or sedatives. These only increase the amount of poisons, do not lessen the pressure nor take the tension from the dilating heart.

Do these. We are through for the present.
