Time of Reading 3:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [372]. Now, we find there are those conditions as cause distress with the physical functioning of the body, and these may be aided to function the near normal, thus giving relief and building toward the normalcy for the body.

2. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [372], we are speaking of. There are, as we find, conditions that are subservient to the main or primary conditions, that have apparently been considered as the cause of the conditions; yet, as WE find, many of these are rather the result of other disturbances, and were the basis or that producing the condition considered first, we would - through care and attention - bring nearer to the conditions that would enable the body to be rid of much of those that trouble the body. There has existed for times back conditions in the system that have prevented a normal reaction from incentives in the system to function normally through the organs thus disturbed. As is seen in the 5th and 6th dorsal vertebrae. These disturbing the digestive system, especially as to the functioning of the pancreas and the liver. [See subsequent health readings mentioning the liver and heart condition. See especially his last reading 372-8, on 10/10/33, Par. 22-A saying that the medical term now for the condition is cirrhosis, producing the appearance of a cancerous reaction. He died 12/31/33.] These causing the system to produce within same those poisons that have hindered the normal functioning. These bring, as we see, distresses to the body as regarding locomotion, as regarding the activities of the organs, as related to the nerves of the sensory system. These, then, producing such general debilitation in those portions that are so active in a normal body, bring distresses as are seen in the system. Then, to begin, we will have to find that that is a basis for changes to be wrought in the body, and as we build for that which will enable the body to have resistive forces,

then we may correct from the changes produced, that necessary to bring the nearer normal forces for the body, [372], we are speaking of. First, then, we would prepare as these for the system - this prepared first as a carrier, and the carrier will also act with the other properties to aid portions of the system that are distressed through the lack of not only nerve energy, but of the proper distribution through the respiratory system OF that energy. Then, prepare the carrier as this:

3. To 8 ounces of distilled water, add 4 ounces of wild cherry bark. Reduce by simmering to 1/2 the quantity. Then strain while warm and add 2 ounces of simple syrup. Then prepare another solution as this: Take 4 ounces of ambrosia weed, or ragweed (dried preferably). Put this in 6 ounces of distilled water. Reduce by simmering or slow boiling to 1/2 the quantity. Strain and while warm add to that of the carrier with the syrup. Then add:

Syrup of Sarsaparilla..........1/4 ounce, Tincture of Stillingia.........1/4 ounce, Elixir Calisaya................1/4 ounce.

Then cut 2 drams Balsam of Tolu in 2 ounces of 85% alcohol. Add THIS to the solution. Shake solution together before the dose is taken. The dose should be half a teaspoonful at least 3 times or 4 times each day. This is to form with the system that upon which we are to build, and is preparing - or to prepare the body - for that that will be administered when at least two-thirds of this is taken. Do that for the present. Then we would give the changes as are necessary.

4. As to the diet - this is, as seen, to be considered FIRST; for we must add that which will assimilate with the system and which will not distress the body through those weakened conditions as exist. This has already been considered, but we would consider this FIRST, with these properties as are being taken - or TO be taken. No bread save that of the rough, or whole wheat. No properties that are hard of digestion through any portions of the system. No properties that will cause extra fermentation in the system. No MEATS that carry the flesh, though the juices may be taken in moderation. Those properties in vegetable forces that add iron and nerve vitality, carrying properties that are effective as of the forces that produce vitality, or vitamins for the body. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) What causes severe pains at night? (A) The inability of the system to function nominally when prone. The body finds when lying prone that it is hard for

372-1 Page 3

the circulation to function properly. When up it is better. Hence the tendency for the body to be restless, yet the feet disturb at times - for the circulation slowed up, or - as has been given - the vital forces as function through liver do not carry the circulation properly.

6. (Q) Would you advise the body to continue business? (A) The body should rest MORE, but to quit off suddenly would be too much for the mental AND physical forces of the body - for the body lives much on its WILL force.

7. (Q) Is the condition curable? (A) With the response that SHOULD be effected through these forces as have been given, we would be better able to say as to whether it may be eliminated entirely or not; but no reason why this should not be, as we find at present, with proper precautions, to be sure.

8. That is all the questions.

9. Now, we will find that with the taking of these properties there will be changing conditions in the physical functioning. At times the body will feel full, flushed - the heart heavy - the feet tired - tendency for tingling sensations in extremities. These will be gradually overcome by using enemas, that will lessen the strain on the lower intestines. We would use these with small amounts of the Usoline or White Oil, see? We are through for the present.
