Time of Reading 3:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Now we find in many respects conditions show change for the better. While there are still those conditions that cause distress, and while the physical at times doesn't respond as fast as is desired, this - as is seen is produced as much by the mental worries of the body as of the physical forces, and these - then - cause the reactions physically. We would keep much of that as has been outlined, in the way and manner as outlined. Not overtaxing the system for the digestive forces, nor under-nourishing the body. Well that the body have those elements as will stimulate the digestion towards that of proper assimilations in the system, and relieving the stress or strain in and of the eliminating centers will aid the body to gain and to bring about better recuperation.
2. For the mental, we find, were those things and conditions as bring the mental distress laid aside more often, that this would RELIEVE the distress, and we would find that the activities in the direction OF alleviating these worries would be much improved; for the body, as many an individual, should know that the worrying only brings for self detrimental conditions, and very seldom - if ever - aids in meeting conditions better, but rather unfits one for the stress as is brought to bear. These, as we find, should be those conditions considered, and varied to meet the needs.
3. As the diet:
4. Mornings - that which acts as the laxative to the system, as regarding assimilations in the system, may be alternated between cereals and fruits, or may be occasionally combined, and little of the bread - with any stimuli that is desired by the body, except tea.
5. In the noon meal - should be, preferably, the juices of vegetables and of meats, with LITTLE of pastries, and again the stimuli may be taken with the meal.
6. Of evenings - those of the fowl or fish may be taken in

moderation, but not OVER eating. No white breads, or not too much of starches - though some elements that carry starch in a form may be taken.
7. These, as we find, should bring the better conditions for this body, [372].
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) What causes the terrific pains around heart and back, and what relief do you suggest? (A) These, as we find, come from those pressures - as has been indicated; but the distress is more from that of gas pressure, than of heart itself - though, with the pressure imminent in the secondary cardiac, the distress is none the less for this reason - but, this relieving of same through the diet should relieve this distress.
10. (Q) Should the prescription given in first reading be refilled? (A) It should.
11. (Q) What can be given to help body sleep at night? (A) The gentle relaxation of the body by the electrical driven stimulator, or vibrator, will aid in relieving this distress, as will the others - when worry is left off. Do not leave off the other vibrations, as have been given - but rather add, just before retiring, those of the electrical driven vibrator. This should be along the spine, and especially at the 2nd cervical and at the 3rd, or 2nd and 3rd dorsal.
12. (Q) What relief is there for the mental condition of body regarding financial conditions in the present? (A) Do not worry about these conditions. How to prevent worry? Then, fill the mind with OTHER conditions, knowing that these will be - and are being taken care of.
13. (Q) What other vibrations, other than the electrical driven vibrator, should be given? (A) The medicinal properties change the vibrations in the system.
14. That is all the questions regarding this body.
