1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [378], present in this room, and his personal associates and associations, especially his 800 Acre tract located in Broome County at Oquaga Lake near Deposit, N.Y. You will answer the questions regarding these.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [378], present in this room - this we have had before. Also these associations and relations, especially as respecting the holdings, the tract, the grounds. [459-3 on 1/15/31?]
3. As we find, with the present conditions, surroundings, circumstances, this may be turned into a channel to be made very much worth while to many, as well as an outlet for those endeavors of self and associates. This, as we find, would be a wonderful place for a camp, or camps, and those associations or affiliations in part would make for an opportunity for many. Ready for questions.
4. (Q) How and when can this property be sold to best advantage? (A) It may be sold to best advantage for the next season, not the present - but IN the present for preparations for the coming or next season, see? Interest those who have been considering the taking, or the construction of such an outlet. This would also make for an opportunity for the developing of such in this district; for - as the CONDITIONS as surround same would make for such an outlet - see?

8. (Q) What kind of camps should they be - Christian or Jewish? (A) Would THESE [If these would be] be followed, as we have SUGGESTED here - we would find there would be a mixed group, though of course tending to the Jewish the more.
9. (Q) How can the golf course be best disposed of? (A) As for the club, for the FAMILIES of those who are in camps - see? This MAKES and OPPORTUNITY for a larger undertaking in this way and manner, see?
10. (Q) Should the club and camps be under the same management? (A) To be sure, they should!
11. (Q) Any further advice regarding this which would be of benefit? (A) This, as we find, would be an opportunity for not only disposing of, but putting same to a use that would be beneficial to many in many directions.
