Time of Reading 3:00 to 3:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body; this we have had before.
2. Now, as we find, while the conditions generally are very good, under the stress and strain under which the body is taxing self, and considering the tendencies that have been indicated as existent in the system - with those tendencies of accumulations of drosses, poisons, and with this accentuation of a disturbed equilibrium, there is the greater tendency for the accumulation of refuse forces and a tendency towards toxemia, with the relations or tendencies towards the FORMS of toxins that make for more or a greater demoralization in the metabolism of the system, or a tendency towards uremic poisons.
3. Then it would be well, as we find, that at intervals - or at definite periods - there be those ministrations or applications of the baths, with the massage that goes with such for the elimination of the condition, and that the organs and their respective centers (that receive their impulses from specific motors or locomotive forces in the system) be not merely stimulated but relaxed sufficiently as to prevent these accumulations from causing those disturbing forces that arise from the accumulation of drosses, and the tendency for the bearing on the organs which makes for more and more tendency toward uremic disturbances in the body.
4. These treatments would be in the nature of a mild sweat or medicated bath, with the rubdown which enlivens the muscular forces and makes for specific adjustments and motivative forces in the axis and centers of the cerebrospinal system, with the following out of each nerve plexus towards the extremities to give better relaxation to the whole system.
5. When this is done, we will find the body will rest easier, be more active in the physical and mental senses, and more free form the congestion or tendency for the contraction of cold or for the filling up of the

muco-membranes in the exterior circulation, or those tendencies for the antrum and soft tissue of throat and head to give disturbing forces in the body.
6. At first we would take these treatments once each week, and then once or twice each month until there are more specific activities of the body in taking the exercises in the open air.
7. Ready for questions. [The following questions were submitted 12/28/32 for his wife, Mrs. [255] for him.]
8. (Q) What is my aura? (A) Blue to purple.
9. (Q) What aura vibrates higher, violet or purple? (A) The violet is the higher.
10. (Q) Is a crematorium the best place to burn a dead body by fire? [See daughter's 275-29, Par. 24-A, 12/21/32.] (A) That depends, to be sure, upon the feelings or activities of an individual towards such dispositions. As we would find, the safer and the better way would be in such a place.
11. That is all the questions regarding this body.
