Time of Reading 12:00 to 12:10 Noon Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [379]; this we have had before.

2. Conditions as we find are not so good. There is an acute condition that is a combination of those old disturbances in the gall duct area, as well as a sympathetic condition in the caecum or appendicial area.

3. As we find, MIND the temperature! So long as there is not more than a degree, then there may be those applications locally; otherwise the condition may become so acute as to necessitate operative measures.

4. This has been brought on, we find, by that which was eaten that contained too great a quantity of acetic acid - or produced same [vinegar]. Then this with the general condition in the gall duct and the poor eliminations makes for the acute conditions, the cramps, the nausea, the aching or cutting off of the circulation through the lower portions of the body; through the limbs, through the abdomen; and makes for an uneven or ununiform activity of the kidneys - sparse yet frequent, or the burning and feeling of sensation through the area.

5. As we find, there should be the applications of the Laudanum and Aconite over the same areas; these areas bathed or painting with this mixture and continued until there is relief from the pain; applying the saturated solution of the Epsom Salts in Packs over same.

6. Take internally small doses, but frequent, of the Simmons' Liver Regulator, preferably the fluid or liquid. Take a quarter to half a teaspoonful about every hour apart until there is a full activity from the alimentary canal.

7. Use enemas, of course, to remove the dilation and the pressure in the alimentary canal.

8. Watch, though, the temperature; else we may find inflammation becoming acute and necessitating immediate activity from operative forces.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) From what special activity or food should the body abstain? (A) Any that contains too great a quantity of acid. Until the condition has cleared itself, not too much of the heavy or roughage.

11. (Q) Is the appendix diseased? (A) Rather involved than diseased. It is (the disease) coming more from the gall duct area.

12. (Q) What cause and what will relieve cramps in the limbs? (A) The hot applications as indicated. These are to be put over all portions where there is pain or cramp, even to the pit of stomach to relieve the pressure, you see.

13. (Q) Is Tim ointment good for the body? [for hemorrhoids?] (A) Very good.

14. (Q) Why does it cause such a disturbing reaction? (A) Owing to the irritation by the poor eliminations in the system.

15. (Q) Any spiritual advice? (A) Hold fast to that which is of constructive thought throughout the experiences.
