1. EC: (to Physical Suggestion) Yes, we have the body here. [389], this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, there are improvements in the general physical condition of the body.

3. While there are those periods when there are the tendencies for the reactions of those distressed conditions exercising their influences in the system, the causes are gradually being removed.

4. True, there are the tendencies for the body to be weakened at times by the excess in eliminations, and the system being weakened by the attempt of the body to create an equal balance under the strain.

5. The body should not, then, overtax itself physically; until there has been a considerably better adjustment in the physical reactions of the body.

6. We would keep, then, as near as possible, those outlines that have been given, for not only reducing those conditions in the colon and cleansing the system from the toxic forces as we have given, but we would be mindful that the physical exercises of the body are not excessive. This doesn't mean, to be sure, that the body should refrain from activity entirely, but there should be a great deal more rest than the body nominally takes under the strain.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Are all treatments being given properly? (A) We would give that there be more the manner of treatments, not as something just to be gotten through with - but as something NECESSARY for the correction of the physical conditions of the body, see? This should be the attitude as the treatments or applications of every nature are given. There's a great deal of difference in just doing a thing to get through with it, and doing something to accomplish something with!

9. (Q) Should anything be done when the specific distressed conditions arise? (A) Massage. Keep the blood away from the head.

10. (Q) Are the treatments having the desired effect? (A) As given.

11. (Q) Is there still danger of a stroke? (A) There will be until the blood pressure is removed, or until the circulation has adjusted itself to the changes that are being brought about by the application of those things suggested. As long as there's high blood pressure, as long as there's a tendency for the cells - in the change between the arterial and vein circulation so disturbed - to overflow at times (which IS the actual production or actual condition that produces pressure), under STRAIN there IS the possibility of a blood clot or cell breaking or forming - a bubble, see? Hence the conditions as given. No change in the applications, but NOT too much exercise immediately after or during periods - until there is a great deal better adjustment in the general physical forces. When the reactions occur, RUB the blood AWAY from the head. That means beginning at the base of the brain, or around the head also - and face, massaging TOWARDS the central portion of the body - see?

12. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) Follow these, as we have given. In the applications, be consistent, be persistent. In the applications, do not apply just to be gotten through with - but with the purpose, with the intent, with the desire, with the application to ACCOMPLISH DEFINITE conditions for the body! and these will be accomplished in this way and manner!
