Time of Reading 3:20 to 3:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [389]; this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, conditions are very much improved from that as we have had here before.

3. While there has not been reached a normal equilibrium in the changing of the functionings, and the reactions of the activative forces in the body-physical, that which has been producing the distresses through the physical forces of the body IS being changed. And those conditions from which the distresses came, and the regions from which the disturbances to the general equilibrium have been produced, are being changed. With sufficient impulses through the system, there will be gained a near normal balance.

4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [389] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. The BLOOD SUPPLY shows a much better condition. While the disorders in the blood stream themselves have not cleared, and there are at times the indications of the poisons being emptied into the stream, the changes in the physical organs through the system indicate that the eliminating portions of body are performing nearer their normal activity.

6. Hence the strain on the general system is being lessened, as indicated by the rapid change that has existed and that does exist in the pressure in the blood system itself. Also the lymph and emunctories of the system are performing in a more active and more normal manner; that is, the blood as related to the circulation other than through veins and arteries - as the water of the blood (which is the lymph, and the activities through the emunctory circulation).

7. The NERVE FORCES show a tendency towards a disturbance, as would be the natural reaction from the changed conditions in the circulation and activity of the functioning of

389-3 Page 2

glands, and from the removal of those forces in the system that produced an inflammation to the nerve centers and plexus of the body by their pressure.

8. As to the ORGANS of the body themselves: The changes here are as apparent as in those centers or those portions where distresses have been alleviated - or that producing distress.

9. The pressure to the central blood supply and nerve plexuses to the head is relieved to the extent that there is not the rush of the blood to create a balance, neither is there an overflow to the brain forces themselves.

10. The bronchi and lungs show and easier activity through the change in the pressure in the blood supply itself.

11. The heart's action shows a more rhythmic activity, though the pulsation has changed only in the rapidity that has been indicated. The pressure, as indicated, is changed through the removal of much that produced the causes; through the colon, through the intestinal tract, where there were accumulations. And, as the system gains its balance, these - UNLESS there is the activity to such an extent as to produce overtaxation to the system - will in a little while gain a much nearer normal balance.

12. The weaknesses indicated through the activity of the digestive system in part are produced by the removal through the caecum, through the colon, as we have indicated, where congestions have caused a tendency for the toxic forces to produce distresses and poisoning the system; making for pressures both to the hepatic circulation and to the liver (disturbing the liver in its activity), increasing the blood supply and making for the pressures in those centers along the cerebrospinal system - as for stimulation. With this relaxation, the natural tendency is for weakness in the extremities of the body, especially in the greater portions of the extremities; as in the hip and knee, and feet, in the elbow, in the wrist, in the fingers. These are from the lack of the circulation balancing itself in a RENEWED activity through the body.

13. In the digestive system proper: As indicated, with the removal of the fecal forces in the colon, there is the tendency for regurgitation - or overactivity of the pancrean and liver ducts - to produce, under a different environ (as it were), the gastric activities from the glands in these ducts as to produce an overacidity, or the reverse - as at times there has been indicated too much of lactic fluids being backed into the duodenum and pyloric end of stomach. This is a natural reaction, with gases forming from foods that are hard of digestion, that are lacking in the

389-3 Page 3

necessary elements for assimilation for the system.

14. In the colon itself: Here we find conditions much improved. Unless there is kept the tendencies for the keeping down of the condition, of course, these conditions would form again - and would raise the pressure beyond normal, and would make for the tendencies at first of a feeling of some buoyancy, but would soon produce disturbances in the circulation that would be more harmful to the better physical forces of the body.

15. Hence, for the present, we would give as this:

16. We would continue with the suggestions that have been given for reducing the engorgements in the colon area, and using with same those properties given that will keep the better alkalinity throughout the colon; both the alkalin reaction and the antiseptic.

17. We would keep those vibrations along the cerebrospinal system as outlined for the body.

18. When there are the tendencies for nausea, or to create a normal balance, we would take properties combined in this manner:

19. Obtain 2 ounces of limewater and 2 ounces of cinnamon water, and 1 ounce of 10% solution Bromide of Potassium.

20. When there is the feeling of the nausea, take about half a teaspoonful of the limewater, half a teaspoonful of the cinnamon water, with four drops of the Bromide of Potassium, in half a glass of water. See?

21. Once very day, or every other day, dependent upon the condition of the digestive system, take a heaping teaspoonful of Milk of Bismuth in which there would be put five drops of Lactated Pepsin, with half a glass of water; or stir into half a glass of water, see?

22. This will make for a tendency for a cleansing, and for the relieving of the tendencies for the lacteals to regurgitate through the system.

23. When the nausea arises, or the distresses in the colon - or through the lower intestines before entering the colon, through the lower jejunum, we would take the limewater compound as given.

24. Do this, and keep up those suggestions for not overtaxing the body physically. REST sufficiently. Give the body the opportunity to recuperate and to rest from the strains that have been produced by cleansing the system. But keep the cleansing! It is much like the reaction from an old sore externally. When it has been cleansed it will be relieved, but if there is irritation or non-dressing of same reinfection will certainly occur!

25. Ready for questions.

389-3 Page 4

26. (Q) What causes intense pain in side? Is it the appendix, or just a natural result? (A) A natural result from removing the fecal forces that have caused the pressure in the system. Necessary, then, that there be kept the removal of the pressures in the colon, and that there be the proper reaction in the digestive area. It would be well for the body to at least once a week to take ragweed; and plenty of it grows around the place! Strip the leaves and dry into a powder; or take the ragweed green and chew a good mouthful of it, swallowing the juice. Or, take that known as Simmons Liver Regulator, the dry; a quarter teaspoonful in water once a week. This will clear out all the disturbance. This does not mean that the enemas should not be taken. They need not be taken so often, but - as indicated - they are necessary to keep down the irritation.

27. (Q) Is the body responding as it should to treatments? (A) As outlined, it is responding WONDERFULLY! Just keep the correct balance, and give sufficient time for the change made to adjust itself for normalcy. As we find, with the blood supply becoming more enlivened, there will be the normal balance; or the metabolism will be nearer and nearer to normal, as the body adjusts itself to the new environs, as it were, from the material activities.

28. (Q) Is the body working too much, or being too active? (A) We have ben warning and warning that the body not be too active, else we will produce that which will become more harmful! Not that the body should become lazy or dilatory in activity, but stop on time! Remember, the vitality of the system - in its age and in its activity - will NOT recuperate as quickly as it would have some twenty years ago! but requires time for the reactions to adjust themselves! Do this, and we will find we will bring about a normal balance with this body, [389].

29. (Q) Should the same medicines be continued? (A) Occasionally, the same medicines continued.
