Time of Reading 3:45 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: We have the body; this we have had before.

2. Here, we might say, we have a case where there would already have been separation from the physical house had there been a continuing in the condition being experienced by the body when we first had same here, before following those suggestions - in a partial manner, or near whole - that were indicated for the body through this channel.

3. As it is, the body is not wholly relieved; yet a great deal of the heart disorder has disappeared. There are still poisons in the system from the toxic forces that arise from pressures in portions of the cerebrospinal system; causing stiffness in the extremities, very severe headaches and burning in the eyes, pressures on the top of the head, and dizzy spells at times. Still, there is much improvement from that we have had before.

4. As we find, we would change considerable from that we have indicated heretofore as being better for the body, in the present.

5. We find it would be first necessary that there be at least every other day or twice to three times a week, until eight or ten treatments have been made, a full adjustment along the cerebrospinal system; either from a GOOD chiropractor or - better - by a good osteopathic manipulation, that we may relieve these tensions along the cerebrospinal system. These are as HINDRANCES to an equalized circulation.

6. Be mindful of the diet to follow along near that which has been indicated.

7. After the eight or ten treatments have been taken, then we would begin with a period of eliminations in this manner, but not until the osteopathic treatments have set up the drainages nominally:

8. After each meal for three days take a quarter teaspoonful of Al-Caroid, first dissolved in a small quantity of water

and then stirred in a FULL glass of water.

9. But on the second day of taking the Al-Caroid (that is, after it has been taken one full day), add the Caroid and Bile Salts Tablets to same for the remaining two days; two tablets taken about an hour and a half after breakfast and two tablets taken just before bedtime.

10. Then leave off both for three or four days; and then repeat the whole procedure for the three days again.

11. Do this for about three or four rounds, with the rest period between each.

12. THEN we would take about three or four more adjustments or osteopathic treatments.

13. By that time we should find a great deal of improvement still for this body.

14. THEN, after the completion of the full course of treatments and period of eliminations, we would (not before) have glasses adjusted to the eyes.

15. Ready for questions.

16. (Q) What can be done about stiffness in fingers? (A) Increase the eliminations as indicated; first by the adjustments so that drainages are set up nominally, and then by the period of eliminations so that when there are the reactions from the organs' activity in the alimentary canal the drainages will be naturally from the superficial circulation to the other portions or organs of activity in the eliminating system.

17. (Q) Should the electric vibrator treatments be continued? (A) These, as indicated, we would leave off; taking those adjustments, you see; six, eight or ten; THEN take the eliminants, you see, leaving off the treatments osteopathically during that time, and then have three or four MORE adjustments.

18. (Q) Any specific advise regarding diet? (A) This has been indicated, as to how there should not be too great a quantity of red meats, but a wholesome well-balanced diet. Not too great a quantity of sugar or starch, but keep the diet well-balanced.

19. (Q) Are the eyes causing any of the headaches? (A) In part. Do as indicated; then, after the full outline of treatments has been followed, have glasses adjusted.

20. We are through with this reading. Copy to son [416] " " Ass'n file (GD's note: In the directory of the A.O.S., the osteopaths I find listed that are nearest to [..., N.C.] are: Dr.
