Time of Reading 4:10 to 4:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions submitted, as I ask them.
2. EC: Yes - we have the body, [389].
3. Conditions are not so well with this body. Unless greater precautions are taken, some unexpected turns for greater disturbance may arise.
4. As we find, it would be advisable to use not only the electrically driven vibrator but also the violet ray; one used one evening, the other the next.
5. The vibrator would be used ESPECIALLY over those areas where there has been the disturbance in the side and along the spine, over the hips and the shoulders - especially across the lumbar area, between the shoulders and around the neck.
6. We would use the violet ray about a minute and a half over the whole length of the spine. But BEFORE applying the violet ray (every other evening, you see), we would massage the body thoroughly with an equal combination of Mutton Suet, Spirits of Turpentine and Spirits of Camphor. Massage what the body will absorb, but do not have the body too damp from the properties when the violet ray (bulb applicator) is applied. Rub off the body rather dry, but let the properties be massaged into the body, or be IN the skin when the violet ray is applied; for it will drive same more into those areas where there have been the inclination for congestion.
7. Then be mindful of the diet, that there is not too much of fats or of greases of any nature taken. Beware of too much of fried foods.
8. Keep the eliminations well - as these applications are made. For the very activity of the age and the muscular activity causes excess of acids from muscular and body-functioning movements. These tend to make for greater quantities of acidity that disturb the circulation, with already - as we have indicated at times for the body - a

THINNED structural portion of the circulatory SYSTEM; so that these might cause a leakage or thinning that would produce lesions hard to deal with at this time.
9. Hence for such eliminations we find that the Simmons' Liver Regulator (the liquid) would be well to be used occasionally. This is a purely vegetable compound. The quantity and frequency of taking same would be governed by how it reacts upon the system. Take a teaspoonful of an evening, when it is taken for the first time. And as to whether it would be necessary to repeat this the next evening would depend upon how well it acts. Or, it would be well to be repeated two or three days, and then leave off for a week or ten days more, and then take one dose or so again - and so on, see?
10. Do these and as we find we may gain the better forces.
11. But DO NOT attempt as yet too great an amount of strenuous exercise, until a more normal balance or equilibrium has been gained; else it may be to the great detriment of the better physical condition of the body.
12. Ready for questions.
13. (Q) What causes the severe pains at back of head? (A) As indicated, poisons in the system - or great quantities of acidity in the blood stream and the thinning to the walls of the circulatory system.
14. (Q) Is this also the cause of pain in legs and arms? (A) These effects are all from poisons in the system, and why there should be the use of the greater amount of eliminants.
15. (Q) To what extent will my new glasses relieve the headaches? (A) If the system is cleansed, they will relieve a great deal. If the system is not cleansed, they will not be much help.
16. (Q) Should all the teeth be removed? (A) This depends upon how much disturbance these give. BETTER were they all removed!
17. (Q) If false teeth are necessary, where is most economical place to have work done? (A) As we find, the United Dentists. Norfolk.
18. (Q) Is blood pressure normal? (A) How could it be, with those conditions! Do these things as we have given or indicated, if we would bring the body nearer to normal. Do this as outlined for this body, for the present.
19. We are through for the present.
