1. GC: You will have before you Norfolk Study Group #2 of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc., members of which are present in this room.
2. EC: In the study and preparation of self through those studies that have been outlined, each individual finds that which responds to that it seeks, in understanding the varied phases of approach to understanding what constitutes the activities in Cooperation, in Knowing Self, and in the various manners in which these are applicable in the individual experience.
3. To know, then, in such a manner as to make the knowledge, the understanding, of such import as to show forth the glory that may come in the experience of His life, His love, His manifestations in the earth, is to apply in the daily life, in the associations one with another, that which has been gained.
4. For, as is the experience of all, to know and not to do will become a stumblingblock; for it hardens the heart. Even as of old, those that were shown the way and failed in keeping that they promised in themselves fell by the way. And the last estate, as was given by Him, is worse than the first.
5. For, to know to do good and fail, to him it is sin.
6. Then, in keeping that which is shown day by day, apply thine life in that which will bring peace, harmony, glory, knowledge and understanding.
7. For, the kingdom of the Christ is easy, as He has given, to those that WOULD do His biddings; hard to those that would have their way, THEIR will, manifested in the experiences day by day.
8. Then, apply thyself to the glory of Him that promised, "I will not leave thee comfortless, but will come to thee - and abide with thee."

9. What, then, is His command? "This, a new commandment, I give unto you, that ye love one another." And, "If ye love me, ye will keep my commandments."
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) As I call their names, you will please at this time give to the members of the group individually a message that will suit their needs, helping them to know their particular work and to better understand it. First, Margaret Simpson: (A) "In patience possess ye your souls." Then, be not weary in well-doing; for they that endure shall wear the crown of life. What, then, is life? The manifestation of the Father in the earth.
12. (Q) [[910]'s mother]: (A) Keep thy feet in the paths of righteousness for His name sake. For, they that call on His name shall not be disappointed, if they walk in the same manner as they speak to their neighbor day by day. Study, then, to show self approved unto Him, rightly dividing the words of truth, keeping self unspotted from the world. Not in long-facedness; not in shunning the opportunities, nor in beguiling self; but being joyous in His service.
13. (Q) [910]: (A) In thine getting, get understanding; that as ye sow, so shall ye reap. For, life and its allotment unto thee is to manifest His glory in the corner where ye serve those that ye contact day by day.
14. (Q) Eolian Annarino: (A) Keep in the way thou hast chosen, that the glory of the Father, the Son, may be manifested in thy life day by day. For, in thine own heart there comes those things that would make afraid. But fear is of the earth. The spirit of truth and righteousness casteth out fear. Glory in the strength of Him that has promised to keep thee in the way thou shouldst go day by day.
15. (Q) [1929]: (A) Well hast thou chosen in keeping the counsel that is set before thee, for healing may come to those whom thou wouldst call the blessings of that thou hast also received through His name. Make the paths straight for those that falter. Have

patience with those that stumble here and there. Glory in the power of His name.
16. (Q) Ethel Horton: (A) In His name, as thou doth meditate day and night, may come glory and understanding. For, His blessings, His peace, will abide with those who keep His way day by day. KNOW in whom thou hast believed, KNOWING He is able to keep thee, thy mind, thy body, thy JUDGEMENTS, in the way He would have thee go.
17. (Q) S. T. Swartz: (A) In the praises of thine self is naught. In the glorying in the Lord comes understanding. While the evil hours draw near, trust rather in the promises that He will abide WITH thee in the manner ye show forth His love to thy fellow man day by day. For, if thy portion of life and thy soul be knit with the life of the Christ, there be then no power that may separate thee from those promises and that peace that comes with the knowledge of His life knitted with and in thy life day by day.
18. (Q) [357]: (A) Glory in the strength of His power in thy life, giving praise and honor in His name. Thus will those needs of the body and mind be met, and the understanding be magnified in thee day by day. The gospel of the Christ is, to do unto others as ye would have others do unto you - and do it EVERY day, in EVERY way. And thus may His power, His glory, be magnified in thee. Through such comes harmony, joy, peace, and might. Do all in a joyous manner, for HIS gospel is the GLAD gospel, the JOYOUS life, the happy life.
19. (Q) [420]: (A) In thy ways keep the understanding that the little things day by day make the joyousness of the walking with Him. For, thine understanding, thine power and might is in KEEPING the light that thou knowest day by day. As ye use that in hand, so is the knowledge and, the power and the understanding given thee for the greater things. Be not ashamed to do the LITTLE kindnesses, for THESE are they that are of the spirit of truth and there IS no law against such; hopefulness, faith, kindness, love, mercy, justice.
20. We are through for the present.
