Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. As we find, there are some disturbances that need attention in the physical forces of this body. These have to do with the eliminations as related to the general change in the system, and a condition of a general catarrhal nature through the intestinal system itself - or the effects or strains upon the flow of the lymph through the digestive areas.

2. As we find, we would prepare a compound that would tend to overcome this colitis condition, or this drawing of the cords along the intestinal system - and that feeling which occurs in the pit of the stomach and through the intestines at times, as of something moving, as it were. These are the reactions of the nerve and muscular forces, and the lack of the proper balance in the circulation through the system in these areas.

3. So, we would prepare a compound in this manner for this body:

4. To 4 ounces of Distilled Water, add 2 ounces of Strained Honey. Let this come to a boil; of course, skimming off the fumes until it is perfectly clear, but just let it come to a boil - or sufficiently so that the skim may be cleared. Then, before it cools - or while still tepid (though not boiling, or hot), add (to the 6 ounces, or then it will be a little better than the 5 and 1/4 ounces) - in the order named: Elixir or Extract of Wild Ginseng.............1/4 ounce, Essence or Elixir of Indian Turnip.............10 minims, (this is rather hot!), Tincture of Stillingia........................1/4 ounce, Syrup of Sarsaparilla.........................1/2 ounce, Alcohol.......................................1/2 ounce. Shake this solution together before the dose is taken, which would be a teaspoonful 3 times each day, taken just before

the meal; that the activities of the properties may be with the gastric flow as digestion takes place.

5. And this will be found to remove those strains upon the system, those tendencies for the lack of proper eliminations, and those activities with the digestive forces and through the intestinal system.

6. Well that the body occasionally use high enemas, that the colon may be kept cleansed - with the overflow or the throwing off of the properties through the alimentary canal that fail to be moved at times through a slowing of this circulation.

7. When these are given, they should be rather as the colonics - or with a colon tube. And in the first cleansing tepid water, to each half a gallon there should be added a level teaspoonful of salt and a heaping teaspoonful of soda. After there has been the thorough cleansing, then the last rinsing solution should be prepared with a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymoline to each quart of water, tepid; which will be an intestinal ALKALINE antiseptic, and will prevent irritations.

8. This will remove those tendencies for pressures upon the kidneys and make for a much bettered condition throughout the system.

9. In the matter of the diet, be mindful that this is not OVER alkaline; nor that there is taken too great a quantity of that ordinarily termed roughage. For with those tendencies for the inflammation that arises, as we have indicated, from changes in the activities in the system and the changes in the system caused by the congestion in the lymph circulation through the intestinal tract, these produce irritations. Hence there should be a well-balanced diet, carrying more oils and fats - but only vegetable oils or those from fruits or nut fats - these would be more preferable to keep a balance for the system. As we find, a portion of the diet as nominally taken should be from popcorn flour, or the flour that is not wholly bolted - rather a combination of that bolted, or that bolted WITHOUT the husks and brans left in same. The olive oils are well. Junket. Liver juices; these are well for a portion of the diet for the body.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) How much starch should the body eat daily? (A) This should not be measured so much by weight, or this or that amount. Rather should it be that the appetite calls for. The needs and demands of the body should indicate to the body when starches or proteins or carbohydrates are needed for the system. It is better for this body that when

404-4 Page 3

starchy foods are taken to eat starchy foods, and not mix them with others! When proteins or fats are taken, eat those! When sweets are taken, eat all sweets; or don't eat so much of other things with them! Sweets are made more harmful (for they do furnish elements necessary) when they are taken with starches. Proteins are made more harmful when they are taken oftentimes with sweets. Yet all of these may be balanced in such manners as to be necessary and to keep a balance in the system.

12. (Q) Is the use of the Cascade [Tyrrell's Cascade?] preferable for the enemas? (A) This is beneficial, but it is a strain at times; and the colon tube is preferable to the Cascade.

13. (Q) How often should the enemas or colonics be taken? (A) Of course, these may be overdone. But when there is a heaviness in the system, take one. Of course, this will change as the properties in the compound are used. So, as we find, with those changes indicated for the body through taking the compound, we would take a colonic twice during the first week, once the next week, and then we would take one every other week.

14. (Q) What can be done to eliminate the excess iodine from the system? (A) There isn't a need for the elimination of this excess; rather would there be added those phosphates that would carry WITH same an equal balance - and that would make for a STRENGTHENING to the system that would cause the pulsations, the ganglia along the cerebrospinal system, the activities of the organs and the quickening of the pulse, to become nearer balanced in the system. These we would add through the use of the properties in the compound, as indicated. For these are the activities of those ingredients given in same! The carrier of water with honey is combined to make for that which may assimilate with the system. In the compound we have first the Wild Ginseng, which is as an essence of the flow of the vitality WITHIN the system itself. It is an ELECTRIFYING of the vital forces themselves. The Indian Turnip is an emit and a stimulation to the gastric flow, which would cut off the flow of the secretions in the glands of the stomach that supply to the glands of the thyroid. Other properties, as in the Stillingia, make for that activity with the pulsations between the liver, the heart, the kidneys, in such a manner as to STILL the circulatory

404-4 Page 4

forces there. The compound Syrup of Sarsaparilla makes for an emit that carries to the gastric flow of the stomach and to the intestinal digestive force an equalizing in the body, or in the flow of the lymph to these portions of the system. Hence we find all these elements are taken into consideration with the compound given for the body itself. Then, the preservative, or the alcohol - which preserves the elements in their state of being made into an essence, which makes for an activative force in all elements combining with the gastric flow in the system. Hence it is only a stimulation, sufficient to add TO that lacking in the body; as the body has often refrained from sweets when they would have been helpful!

15. (Q) What can be done to help the eyesight? (A) Best to wear glasses!

16. (Q) Does the body really need glasses? (A) The body really needs glasses, else we wouldn't have said it is best to wear glasses!

17. (Q) Are the exercises and general outlines of health recommended in Dr. Jackson's book on "How To Be Always well," good for the body? (A) Parts of them are; parts are not. Rather, when you have gotten yourself in line for such (by the taking of the properties indicated), follow those exercises rather as you have seen a cat take; and you'll find them better than Dr. Jackson's or Dr. Jones' either!

18. (Q) Is Dr. Jackson's Meal good for the general public, and would it be wise for the entity to start what might be termed a health store in Norfolk? (A) For those who do not (the general public) have sufficient roughage, or who do not pay attention to a balancing of weight for the activity, it is good. These have their place, and it would be well for the entity or body to start same - but don't give it to everyone promiscuously! Know what the troubles are!

19. (Q) Any other advice that would be of benefit for the body at this time? (A) The attitude of the body towards conditions, towards people, towards self, has MUCH to do with this body's physical being. Hence to keep an optimistic outlook, even though others or conditions around may appear adverse, is BEST for the body. This the body CAN do by control of its own self and own emotions.
