Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
2. There is quite a change in the general physical forces of the body, as we find. STILL there are SOME of the causes that produced the acute conditions, and that made for the congestions THROUGHOUT the eliminating forces of the system.
3. As we find, we would keep - in part, at least - the applications that have been indicated; not only as to the diet but as to those applications to aid the superficial circulation in making for the proper eliminations and the preventing of the circulation becoming overcharged or supercharged with the forces that should be carried out in drosses or eliminations of the body.
4. There is still the tendency existent for the continuance of the filling up, or that of a plethora condition in the mouth of the stomach itself (that is, the pylorus mouth).
5. And, as has been indicated by too great an activity, too soon releasing of the superficial circulation, this tends to make for this to become exaggerated - or to become more active.
6. In reaching this, as we find, we would make applications in those areas along the cerebrospinal system from which this portion of the functioning system obtains or maintains its physical connection in the nerve energies and circulatory forces.
7. We would apply, then, the electrically driven vibrator, using the cup applicator, in the area from the 4th dorsal to the 6th and 7th dorsal; preferably along either SIDE of the cerebrospinal column, rather than directly over the area - but along on the side so that the connections here, between the cerebrospinal system and the sympathetic nervous system, receive those impulses through the creation of a gathering of the circulation. This will tend to make for the releasing of those tensions, and thus make for food values and food activities to be less severe upon this

portion of the digestive system.
8. As to the extremities and to the other portions of the system, well that these be kept in line with the general eliminations and general activities.
9. Do that. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) How long should this treatment be kept up? (A) Until the condition is removed! How long will it require to remove the condition? How well does the body respond? How well does the body keep in accord with the activities and the diet and the general influence in the physical forces of the body? These, of course, always make the answer; for one condition is dependent upon another. For if there is the attempt to take such foods as corn, or coconut, or those things of such natures that tend to make for an activity in this PORTION of the system, it would return immediately - even though applications were being made! For each activity of food values affects various portions of the system according to ITS vibration in coordination or cooperation with vibrations of cycles of circulation, both the nerve and blood supply, to various portions of the system. Make the application, then, in such a way and manner until there is felt within the self that RESISTANCES even there are being builded, see? Then these may be GRADUALLY left off. And if there occurs again a fullness in the pit of the stomach (which, of course, becomes reflex from the pylorus end of the stomach), then apply some again; or take internally those properties that tend to make for a flow through the system.
11. (Q) Outline the diet. (A) This has been outlined, and the body is a very good dietician - if it will adhere to that it knows!
12. (Q) Will the eyesight improve with the general health of the body? (A) Eyesight will improve; for this, as indicated, is from the very nature of the applications to the deeper cerebrospinal system - or for the deeper circulation, by the application of the electrically driven vibration. And, as we find, such vibrations are preferable even to adjustments OR manipulations; for the VIBRATIONS reach to various portions of not only ganglia but the bursae along the flow of the nerve forces of the system. But as these, the applications, are made, they will STIMULATE the circulation to the sensory forces; for the nerve ends of the sensory force (eyes, ears, taste, hearing) reach to the upper portion of the dorsal area, or the 3rd, 4th and 5th dorsal

center. These are a portion of that to be covered by the applications as indicated, and will be helpful in this direction. However, as we find, it would be well that there be periods when there be aids to same (the eyes), especially in close work or in reading or in those activities that require the concentration and the centralization of the nerve energy and the blood flow in the use of the eyes. As it would in the speech, or in the hearing, or in the taste. All of these, when energies are produced through overexercise, will produce a fag. Thus there is caused too great an energy not removed by a slowed circulation, as is naturally indicated in the system, by the very nature of the PRESSURE of the blood supply.
13. (Q) Is the home made wine made from the blue grapes good for this body? (A) If fermented a sufficient period, very good for the body; if taken as a food, NOT as a drink! Take with sour bread or BROWN bread at those periods when there is needed the stimulation from the general activity of the system; that is, at three, four to five o'clock in the afternoon is the period when an ounce to an ounce and a half may be taken with the bread and be beneficial.
14. (Q) Is blackberry wine better? (A) Blackberry wine is NOT as good! Its tendency is to produce constipation.
15. (Q) What is the food value of raw green peppers? (A) They are better in combinations than by themselves. Their tendency is for an activity to the pylorus; not the activity in the pylorus itself, but more in the activity from the flow of the pylorus to the churning effect upon the duodenum in its digestion. Hence it is an activity for DIGESTIVE forces. Peppers, then, taken with green cabbage, lettuce, are very good for this body; taken in moderation.
16. (Q) Should plenty of lettuce be eaten? (A) Plenty of lettuce should always be eaten by most EVERY body; for this supplies an effluvium in the blood stream itself that is a destructive force to MOST of those influences that attack the blood stream. It's a purifier.
17. (Q) Is salt harmful? (A) In excess, harmful. That there is salt in the blood, in the tears, in every secretion of the body, indicates that it becomes a necessary element - in moderation; unless those properties are taken that PRODUCE same in its activity through the system.
18. (Q) Is coffee good? If so, how often?
404-6 Page 4
(A) Coffee taken properly is a food value. To many conditions, as with this body, the caffeine in same is hard upon the digestion; especially where there is the tendency for a plethora condition in the lower end of the stomach. Hence the use of coffee or the chickory in the food values that arise from the COMBINATIONS of coffee with breads or meats or sweets is helpful. But for this body, it is PREFERABLE that the tannin be mostly removed. Then it can be taken two to three times a day, but WITHOUT milk or cream.
19. (Q) Is buttermilk good? (A) This depends upon the manner in which it is made. This would tend to produce gas if it is the ordinary kind. But that MADE by the use of the Bulgarian tablets is good, in moderation; not too much.
20. (Q) How can the body relax? (A) This is a MENTAL as well as a physical process. CONCENTRATION upon relaxation is the greater or better manner for ANY body to relax. That is, SEE the body RELAXING, CONSCIOUSLY! Not concentrating so as to draw IN the influence, but as to let all of the tension, all of the strain, flow OUT of self - and find the body giving - giving - away. See?
21. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) Keep constructive in the mental forces. Let the inflow be from spiritual sources and not of energies that must become more and more a strain. Keep PHYSICALLY and mentally in accord.
