Time of Reading 3:40 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [404]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, conditions in some ways are much improved from those as we have had here before; though there are acute conditions which have been indicated, that may be called the after effects - or the condition of the lymph circulation, and as related to the eliminations of the system.

4. These have formed in the areas of the sphincter muscles those folds that have been inclined to fill and then to cause a great deal of activity at those periods of the excretions from the system. [Hemorrhoids]

5. Under the existing conditions, we find that these may be easily rectified by the use of an enema prepared in this way and manner - this used about once every week; each time preparing it in this way:

6. To 1 ounce of Glycerine add 7 drops of a heavy antiseptic - as Carbolic Acid. Mix this very thoroughly; then add it to 1 pint of Usoline.

7. Use this in a syringe that may FORCE same, as a pump, you see; with the body reclining upon the knee and the elbow, or knee and shoulders.

8. Then the general activities of the body are to be kept in a normal way and manner.

9. After the heavier meal each day take a level teaspoonful of ALCAROID.

10. With these general precautions, we should relieve these disturbances; this fullness in the stomach, the tendencies for the pains through the abdomen, and the after effects of nervous reactions to the system.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) Is the main trouble in my stomach, or where?

404-8 Page 2

(A) As indicated, it is in the folds of the sphincter muscles and centers.

13. (Q) What causes the drawing up and tightening of the muscles, and even of the whole body at times, especially while asleep? (A) Lack of the flow from the stomach through the upper portions of the jejunum. This relaxation from the nerve tensions in the sphincter centers will aid in relieving this condition, and tend to make the right flow.

14. (Q) What causes the swelling of the limbs and also of the whole body at times? (A) As indicated, this is from the general tension of the nervous system. You see, when there are pressures especially upon the nerves about the lower end of the spine, these produce pressures upon the whole locomotory system. Thus we will have at times a feeling of being bloated, in limbs, arms, and the entire body.

15. (Q) What caused the passing of the blood through the bowels on Saturday, and what made the body feel so terribly tired? (A) The conditions that formed in the lymph pocket, thus allowing for the emptying of same. Thus the character of enema indicated is not only to act as a healing influence and to prevent the folds reforming, but is to allay the disturbance and prevent the tissue that has broken from becoming scar tissue and again causing disturbance.

16. (Q) Why is it that the yolks of eggs seem to make me heavy and sleepy? (A) As the body through its system creates a great deal of the same character of activities, and as the activity upon the system of some of the things taken has been of a sulphur nature, these cause such reactions. With the greater flow from the stomach itself, we will find these conditions will not be so perceptible.

17. (Q) What is the best laxative and the best times to take same? (A) As we find for this body, the vegetable compounds are the better, of the varied forms that are of a senna base.

18. (Q) What is a good shampoo and hair tonic for this body? (A) Vitalis!

19. (Q) Give a good skin freshener. (A) To 1/2 pint of Olive Oil add 1 ounce of Rose Water, a few drops of Glycerine and 1 ounce of a 10% solution of Alcohol, and shake these well together. This is a skin invigorator.

20. (Q) What is good for the rash on the toes? [Athlete's Foot?] (A) The best as we find would be Dog-On-Foot. [See 404-8, Par. R2.]

21. (Q) Consider the lunch I ate today at noon and tell what in it I should or should not have eaten, or was it a good combination for this body? (A) A very good combination for this body.

22. (Q) Should one use a deodorant, especially under the arms, to stop perspiration; if so, what is the best to use? (A) The BEST to use - the safest - is soap and water!

23. (Q) What is a good hobby for this body? (A) Stamps!

24. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Keep that same mental attitude towards constructive thinking and administering same to others. These are the best attitudes physically and mentally for the body.
