1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before, [409]. Now, we find the physical conditions are generally on the improve, and we would keep those deeper manipulations, gradually lengthening the applications of same to include the thorough massage of the limb, and correcting the conditions in the sacral and in the plexus that finds the connection with the anterior muscles of the limb involved.
2. We would also give those properties in the ash, as given - the quarter grain, every other day, until there are changes brought about in the system; applying the violet or ultra violet ray for the strengthening of the blood and the nerve system, as is necessary through same with the manipulations and the actions of the oxygen as is loosed in system through the assimilation of the forces in the body. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) At what time of day should the ash be given? (A) Preferably before the treatments as are to be given by the ultra violet ray. At least an hour to two hours before such treatment is given.
4. (Q) How often should the deeper osteopathic manipulations be given to lumbar and sacral plexus? (A) Once each week.
5. (Q) Should leg be treated and stretched every day? (A) It should, as just given.
6. (Q) Would it benefit the body to walk with aid of crutches? (A) Not as yet. This should come a little bit later, when the STRETCHING has been carried farther along and the soreness from same allayed; for the tendency is to pull up on those muscles of the side with the use of crutch. Be better if only ONE crutch were used than two, when used.
