1. EC: Yes, [409] - this we have had before. These conditions in the system are still showing improvement. There needs be the application of those rays that will penetrate the deeper. While the ultra violet is operative for the superficial and the tissue, that as will penetrate the soft portion of structural portion of body should also be applied. The throwing off of refuse and its being able to be centralized, or sufficient of the properties in body - or the lymph and blood - to segregate same, should be taken as a good omen, of the ability to create in system those of the proper coagulating elements in system. This a very good study here, taken properly. Where these have been segregated, and where it has been taken up by the lower portion of the epidermis formations, these should be brought to the surface by the applications of properties that will cause same to SEPARATE itself from the system, or in an ASTRINGENT in the nature of an antiseptic in its reaction, that there may not be in the destroyed tissue that which will cause any condition to become in the form of the creative in itself. [cancer warning?] These as have been used, well - but we would apply to the edges of same, when dressed, those of a weakened solution of acid - carbolic - and those of that as goes WITH same, or in nitre.
2. In the application of the medicated, or medicate ash - these we would LESSEN, until there is complete segregation of this refuse being discharged.
3. We would also keep those of the oil, or oil and myrrh, and these rubbed more thoroughly into the ends where [there are] the central connections of the sinew to bone and the joint, that there may be more reaction in this manner.
4. Keeping the whole of elimination as to alimentary canal, and to the respiratory - these working properly. We would add SOME Bicarbonate for the intestinal tract and its

reaction through the lower hepatics, or kidneys. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) Is this liable to result in abscess? (A) We have given how that preventative of such may be taken. Do that.
6. (Q) Is there any inflammation surrounding the bone? (A) There is naturally some, from the conditions being produced by the constant holding of the limb toward that of its proper position. Hence the operations as for the ligaments in the ends of same, and that of the Infra Red to penetrate the deeper tissue, or more HEAT in same, though the length of the application should be BELOW that ordinarily given, for we will ALTER the applications of Infra Red and the ultra violet. DRAINAGE must take place, that inflammation does not occur - but the ability for coagulation to follow removal by either those of the respiratory or of the general circulation, or in ANY manner from the system, must be kept near normal.
Keep the manipulations, though not too deep. Follow these out WELL, all the way from the hip or the small of back - the upper lumbars - all the way to the toes.
7. (Q) Should body be kept quiet and off the leg? (A) No. Not TOO much activity, but sufficient that there may be kept the USE of same being kept up, that - as the changes are taking place - that there are not settlings of, or tendency towards the stiffness.
8. That is all the questions regarding this body.
9. When there is able for this to be CENTRALIZED - IF it should NOT head itself - and there is able to be applied the deeper rays, then cut it out, or drain. Be sure that none of the pus IRRITATES surrounding tissue. Hence the precautions beforehand, of the cleansing of tissue - exterior, even - about the centralization. We are through with this reading.
