1. EC: We have the body here, [409] - this we have had before. The general physical conditions, as we find, continue to be on the improve. There should be more of the ash taken into the system, as far as the PHYSICAL conditions are concerned.
2. Then, for the mental and the spiritual forces - KEEP those as outlined, that the body-physical, the body-mental, may use self in a way and manner as to be in keeping with the administrations as have come to the physical forces of the body; for much is given, much is required. We are through with these readings.
