Time of Reading 3:35 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [409] - this we have had before. The general conditions of the body are much on the improve. There may be BEGUN, in moderation, the use of the limb without too much support, but do not OVERDO it! and be mindful that with the use of same there will be periods when the circulation will appear to have LEFT the limb - and this will make for easy tiring, and for disconcerting, or coldness. Then take TIME to exercise same, not standing on it or walking on it - but exercise same by the use of massage that would BRING the circulation again normally into the limb. There may be expected also, that with the use of same there will be periods when the effluvia - or the eliminations from portions of disorders - will appear to INCREASE, at times even to what may APPEAR somewhat alarming - but take care of same nominally, as has been outlined - but keep on USING the limb until the system adjusts itself; for we have almost a NORMALCY in the blood supply. We have almost those of entire eliminations of those forces that have PRODUCED the distortions in the limb. There will be some erosions that will occasionally show, but keep the exercises nominally.

2. Do not overtax the system with properties in the food values that would make for too much toxic forces to be taken care of in the system; that is, nothing that would produce an EXCESS amount of an alcoholic force that will make for the poisons to become excessive - for these would work hardships on the system.

4. (Q) Should the body continue all the treatments? (A) She will feel like she would like to keep more than that, when she begins for a while! but keep them all for the time being, until the STRENGTH is gained. This is to aid in gaining strength, and to KEEP things going normally. Do that, and you'll be proud of yourself!
