Time of Reading 4:35 to 4:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: We have the body here, [409] - this we have had before.

2. GENERALLY (speaking physically) there are better conditions to be expected from that which has been disturbing the body than we have had for some times before. There needs be only kept that attitude and expectancy that little or no distress at all is going to be felt from those conditions that have disturbed the body.

3. Keep the eliminations near normal in the alimentary canal. Keep the food values of such natures that there is the general building to the system for replenishing of strength and vitality to the body. Keep up the ash, that there may be continued to be loosened in the blood supply of the body sufficient oxygen to rid all the forces that deter in nominal or normal secretions being properly balanced in the system. When from cold, congestion, or great amount of worry, there arises the condition where it is necessary for it to be eliminated, cleanse the system first and apply those things that have been given for eradicating same from the system.

4. Well were the mullein leaves used occasionally, that there is kept the proper circulation in the portion of the body where the stiffness or distress comes. Use the limb, use the body; not to excess, but that strength may be gained. Rub the limb, and especially the lower portion of the lumbar area occasionally - once a week, or twice a week - with the mixture of olive oil, tincture of myrrh and sassafras oil; heating the olive oil and adding the other properties.

5. This will give strength to the muscles, to the tendons, adding vitality by absorption, and aiding also in the capillary and lymph circulation.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Is what she is taking at present sufficient for eliminations? (A) This can best be judged by the activities of the system, and the feeling that comes especially of morning, as to whether there are the proper tastes for foods, or whether the cold and congestion are kept down. Do not hinge on one eliminant; change often, see? for this prevents the system from building to reject certain things in the system that keep a well-balance. The Alophen, Phenolax, Ex-Lax; all of these carry varied conditions that are helpful.

Also keep the Milk of Bismuth, Milk of Magnesia. The Milk of Bismuth is more of an absorbent, while the Magnesia is an eliminant; but these changed are well. Well, too, that soda be taken occasionally to keep the alkalin conditions in the alimentary canal; small quantities of this when taken.

8. (Q) Is the body taking too long walks at a time? (A) Not too long, provided that when these have been taken there is the massage of the centers FROM which the usage of the limbs are given strength by equalizing the circulation again, see?

9. We are through for the present.
