Time of Reading 3:40 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before. As we find, the general conditions of the body are very satisfactory in many respects. Those specific disturbances that have been indicated, as to the eliminations in the system, have not been kept in as near the proper accord as should be.
2. Hence we find a tendency for the reabsorption of poisons through the system, which is indicated by the tendency for the rash or for the lymph circulation, or the capillary circulation, to absorb and take up poison.
3. Hence we would be a little more active in keeping the eliminations in their proper channels, and in keeping those vibrations that have been indicated for the body, in order that there may be the continued rebuilding and replenishing for the body; that the system may adjust itself to near normalcy.
4. We would, then, at least twice each week take the vibrations.
5. We would keep the Ash for the body, that there may be the continued increase of the carbon or oxygen in system from the carbon dioxide activity, and bring about the better reaction in the blood supply.
6. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) Am I too active? (A) Not if there is the keeping of the eliminations through the alimentary canal, and the stimulation of the centers throughout the cerebrospinal system as indicated. The activities are very good, but let them be consistent with the general conditions.
8. (Q) Would two treatments a week be sufficient? (A) If these are kept regularly, be sufficient.
9. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) Keep in that same manner of mental attitude towards the

application of self to the abilities of the body, in being active in that it may bring to others that which the body has received through those influences in the experience of the body.
