Time of Reading 10:50 to 11:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes - [409]; we have had the body here before.

3. As we find, there are many general changes in the physical forces of the body since we had same here before.

4. In the present, cold and congestion makes for a distress through the general nervous system, with the pressures upon same - and all of these hindrances combined from the cold and congestion are inclined to cause the drosses or poisons or toxic forces to produce a pressure through the colon area that affects the heart's activity.

5. However, there is no organic heart disturbance, but a toxic condition giving a nervous reflex.

6. In making applications for improvements of the body in the present:

7. We would first have a general cleansing of the alimentary canal, but with this form of application - as we find would be preferable.

8. Begin with taking half a teaspoonful of Fletcher's Castoria every thirty minutes until there has been a full cleansing of the system.

9. Then have a high colonic irrigation to cleanse the colon area of the cold and phlegm and mucous which has accumulated. It will be necessary that some two or three of these be taken in the first series of treatments, but four or five days apart.

10. If it is necessary to cleanse the system again, then repeat the whole treatment - the Castoria and another series of colonics.

11. Then, after there is the thorough cleansing of the alimentary canal, we would have some adjustments osteopathically to set up drainages from the system.

12. To cleanse the nasal passages, the throat and bronchi and lungs from not only the poisons but the tendencies for

congestion there, we would prepare an inhalant in this manner:

13. Put 4 ounces of Grain Alcohol in an 8 ounce container, large mouth bottle (dark glass preferably), prepared with two vents that would be in the space above the solution, and both of these vents to be kept corked. Then add to the 4 ounces of Grain Alcohol, in the order named: Oil of Eucalyptus..................20 minims, Compound Tincture of Benzoin.......15 minims, Rectified Creosote..................3 minims, Oil of Turp.........................5 minims. The two vents would preferably be of glass, reed or rubber-stoppered.

14. Shake the solution, then uncork both the vents, and inhale through one of them into the nostrils as well as through the mouth and into the throat and lungs; not swallowing the solution, but inhaling the fumes into the lungs, as if inhaling cigarette smoke or the like.

15. Do these.

16. Ready for questions.

17. (Q) What causes blurs and darkness in eyes? (A) The pressures upon the nervous system as we have indicated, from the toxic forces in the colon.

18. (Q) Are glasses needed? (A) Not yet, if those applications are made in the manner as we have outlined.

19. (Q) What causes wheezing in throat? Is it asthma? (A) Rather it is the bronchi disturbance owing to the pressures in the general nervous system, as well as the toxic forces in the system.

20. (Q) Are kidneys in serious condition? (A) Not if the conditions of the body or the toxic forces are purified in the manners and ways as we have indicated.

21. (Q) What causes swelling in crippled limb? (A) Poisons in the system. Keep away from meats, especially any hog meats. Fish or fowl may be taken, but do not take other kinds of meats. Vegetables, fruits, cereals and the like - rather than meats for this body. No fried foods.

22. (Q) What causes misery in heart? (A) As we have indicated. If we will do that outlined, we will remove these conditions.

23. We are through with this Reading.
