Time of Reading 4:10 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [413], present in this room, who seeks the necessary information - according to the spiritual, mental, hereditary and environmental influences - to establish a better coordination in all her life's activities. You will give that which will be most helpful to her at this time in accomplishing this, and then answer the questions she submits, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [413]; this we have had before.

3. In giving that as we find would be most beneficial in the present, there needs be first those physical considerations.

4. There has been, and is in the present, a great deal of anxiety, a great deal of condemnation - towards self; and that inclination to MAKE for those experiences that submerge the entity in its better relationship.

5. This, as combined with physical conditions, produces then a physical-pathological condition, as well as a psychological condition that - under the physical disturbance - finds a physical reaction.

6. Hence all of these are to be taken into consideration.

7. There could be not too much given as to the manner in which the body in its mental and spiritual self has conducted its activities with and among others.

8. But to allow such to become so as to submerge the better expressions of self brings those conditions in the psychological portions of the body, with a pathological reaction.

9. Hence those conditions in the circulatory system and the nerve system; which produce a fading away, a tiring, a weariness - with a tendency for the irritation to the throat, the bronchi, the cough, the headache at times, the repression through the throat and chest. All of these arise from this combination of disturbances.

10. For this irritation we would use the white of egg beaten

very stiff, with lemon in same; a teaspoonful of lemon juice to the white of one egg, beaten very stiff. Taking a spoonful of this two or three times a day will relieve this tension.

11. Then with the attitudes towards self, towards others, towards environment or associations, towards relationships, as a passive and a positive relationship, we will find the whole of the physical, mental and spiritual relationships changing.

12. As to the conditions that affect the digestive system, from this same character of reflex - when the body attempts to eat and very little of that taken can be absorbed, take at that period, or after the meal, half a teaspoonful of Milk of Bismuth dissolved in half a glass of water with six drops of Elixir of Lactated Pepsin stirred in same.

13. Of evening when ready to retire, use the Violet Ray over the throat and over the back - for at least five minutes.

14. These as we find will bring better physical conditions.

15. As to the attitudes, mental and spiritual - little might be given in this respect; though there could not be too much commendation given. For, few accomplish in themselves and in their relationships to others that which has been and is being met by this body.

16. Be not weary, then, in well doing. Know that He will not allow thee to be tempted, to be carried, farther than ye can bear.

17. Hold fast to that faith, that trust, in Him. For, there is safety and there is peace and there is harmony.

18. Ready for questions.

19. (Q) Through what systems do these influences function to bring about the conditions now manifested in the physical? (A) As indicated, the sympathetic nervous system as combined with the cerebrospinal system, and - naturally - the glandular forces of the body.

20. (Q) What specific change is indicated in my life during the next two and a half years which makes it advisable for my daughter to remain with me for that length of time (as indicated in her Reading? [See 413-13, Par. R3.] (A) This as we find is a combination of conditions; and as indicated it would not be well for the body, [413], to be alone during some of those experiences as will pass during that period. Also the reference was to changes that may not be specifically indicated, but that are a part of the experience for all; so that if the present living arrangements are continued - as was indicated for the daughter - it will be better for all. [See 413-13, Par.

R3.]

21. (Q) How may I best prepare myself for that change? (A) By holding fast to the faith thou hast in Him.

22. (Q) Am I making any headway in manifesting love and patience? (A) As indicated, too much might not be said. Yes - few are making such headway, such strides even, in manifesting patience and love. Know that He remembereth thee, and will bear thee up with that love, that ye may have the greater love.

23. (Q) Regarding the sale of timber on the land owned jointly by my family in Elizabeth City, will you please give me the address of the Greenpoint Lumber Co.? [As advised in bro's rdg. 622-6, Par. 39-A.] (A) Montreal, Canada.

24. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Hold fast to that faith. For, the day dawns for more peace, more harmony, more happiness in thy experience.
