Time of Reading ... Street, 5:45 to 6:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [415]; this in its associations we have had before.

2. As we find, there is the inflammation of the lymph and emunctory circulation, by or through infectious forces which disturb the circulation, producing a temperature and, reflexly affecting the organs of the body. This is an unusual type of fever, and is that which may be termed scarlatina, in an excessive form. The reactions in the system for the organs involve the lower hepatic circulation.

3. We would, with that being administered as diet and as an allaying of the temperature, apply the following - externally and internally:

4. Bathe at least once each day the cerebrospinal system with equal portions of rub alcohol and witchhazel, and after massaging into the spine all that it will absorb from gentle massaging apply across the kidney and bladder area (on the cerebrospinal system) equal portions of melted mutton tallow with turpentine and spirits of camphor. Massage a small quantity of this in the area over the tubes from kidney to bladder, or along the lower cerebrospinal system, 11th and 12th dorsal and lumbar area.

5. Then, soak a cotton container - preferably flannel with cotton padding - with the same solution and lay over the area; not hot, not cold, but the temperature of the body - 80 to 90.

6. And take internally Atomidine as an effective reaction to the glands of the body, as to cause an increased flow of the secretions from those glands that are affected by the inflammation in the emuctory and lymph circulation. The quantity would be five drops in a glass of water three times each day. In three to four days reduce the quantity.

7. We will find this will prevent the accumulations of

415-2 Page 2

inflammation in bladder, in kidney, and prevent the disturbances in the circulation, especially in the glands about the throat and the adrenals. And the activities of these will not be affected by the accumulations of scar tissue, or the affecting of same by the high inflammation created in this circulation.

8. Do that.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Is there pus on the kidneys now? (A) Rather the inflammation, though not a great amount of accumulation as yet. These treatments taken immediately would be the better.

11. (Q) Is it so important that we wire instructions, or telephone? (A) Be well to begin as soon as possible.

12. (Q) Should all the instructions be started at once? (A) All are to work together. See, the applications externally are to reduce first the temperature along the spine where accumulations from inflammation affect particularly the ganglia in the various centers; and the applications externally particularly to the kidney and the tube area are to prevent accumulations or localizations of inflammation. While, the particular activity in the form of stimulation to the activity of the glands is to produce eliminations to their normal channels, reducing temperature or producing - as it were - the CLEANSING of the system without drosses, accumulations, that come from fevers particularly of this nature.

13. (Q) If the temperature continues to rise - ((Q) Begun by Mrs. Kahn) (A) The temperature will not continue to rise, because the temperature or the excess fever has almost run its course. It is the excess of drosses in system that are to be taken care of with these given. While the powders being given for the rest and for the nerve system will be active, they tend to make for accumulations that if localized (which we must not allow) will produce destructive forces to organs, as indicated. Thyroid glands would be affected; the adrenals, and - specifically - the digestive area.

14. (Q) Should all the treatment now being given be kept up? (A) As indicated, these are added; for only the allaying is being added until this is given to them. So, the sooner would be the better satisfaction for all concerned.

15. (Q) Should we telephone the parents (Q. asked by Mr. Kahn)? (A) The grandparent, the better!

16. (Q) Any other suggestions for the body at this time? (A) These we would do in the present. Be better to wire to

call, and then give the information.
