1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [415].
2. As we find, we would just take those proper precautions as to exposure or wet feet, or the manner in which the body sleeps; and it should be kept in a fair, normal condition.
3. There are still some of those reactions from infectious forces, that activate upon the organs of the eliminations. And the serums that have been injected will make for periods when there may be a little temperature - UNLESS these precautions are kept as to the feet, as to the rest. But if these are kept near normal, there should be that general growth which comes or is created from a well-balanced diet - a GROWING diet, which is well-balanced as to ALL of the vitamins, and especially those that make for or build resistances in the system. That is, whole wheat and its various combinations; egg (especially the yolk of same) and its combinations.
4. These should keep and make for the better developments.
5. As for those disturbances in the knee, where there is still a portion of that which has been a disturbing factor:
6. Bind same, about same (the knee), with a skin from bacon - that has been CURED, you see. Put this on ONLY as the body rests at night, for it will do no good for it to be pulled on and pulled off and on during the day; but bind on at night. Do this for three nights. And then there may be SEEN that point through which there may be the application then of an ointment made from the products of tar, that will draw same - called Gray's Ointment; a little piece of this. And it will open so that this chip (a chip of glass) may be removed, or will come out itself.
