1. GC: You will answer the questions regarding this body, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes - on the way there.

3. We have the body here, [415].

4. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) What causes, and what should be done for the relief of headaches, tiredness all over the body, aching of legs and arms, nervousness and state of confusion? (A) This is the natural result of those changes in the glandular forces that are taking place in the body. Rest, with a very low electrical force, will aid the body most. Use the heavy Wet Cell Appliance in the manner the Radio- Active Appliance is ordinarily used; using those instructions, see? And it will be beneficial, PROVIDED there is a gentle osteopathic treatment occasionally; not a stimulating but a relaxing treatment - this about every other week - until at least five or six are taken; not every week, but every other week. But use the Appliance for thirty minutes each day, when the body is ready to retire. And use the period for meditation. Then the attitudes of those ABOUT the body have much to do with the abilities of retaining the activity of the reflexes throughout the body. Kindness, gentleness, patience; LOVING - EVERYONE should be, that the body depends upon.

6. (Q) Are the eyes alright or do they need attention? (A) They are alright for the present.

7. (Q) Have osteopathic treatments helped the adenoids and tonsil condition? (A) They have helped; but this relaxing needs to be done through the lumbar and sacral areas.

8. (Q) Are the glands functioning more normal than heretofore? (A) This is the upsetting. Not that they are more normal; they are more coordinating, but not normal as yet.

9. (Q) Is the physical condition the cause of apparent lack of interest in studies and in everything? (A) Not altogether. See, the body is made up not only of a physical but of a mental and spiritual force also. While the physical conditions are disturbed, so are the mental forces of the body. These are the periods, as we have indicated, when there are the requirements that there be a stabilization in the ideas and ideals of the body. [See 415-1 on 10/5/33.] The ideals are spiritual and mental. The ideals are the sources of the conditions that are disturbed. Ideas come from those reactions to physical and mental being. Thus the needs for that not of over-petting, but of being positive but kind, positive but gentle, positive but patient - loving in EVERY manner.

10. (Q) Is it best for my health that I stop the study of Latin? (A) Not necessarily; depends upon what the ideal is to be.

11. (Q) Is the commandos practice in school too strenuous? (A) Too strenuous in ANY school - for this age child!

12. (Q) Regarding my physical support, would it be better for my mother to personally get in touch with my father seeking financial help, or to handle this in some other way? (A) Why not through the same that would be desired of self? This would be the better manner - if handled properly; not as a threat, but as a duty, as an obligation.

13. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. Richardson [M. L. Copy to Ass'n file Richardson, D.O.])
