Time of Reading 3:10 to 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [416], present in this room, who seeks information, advice and guidance as to his health, his home surroundings, and material affairs. You will answer the questions he has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [416]; this we have had before.

3. In the physical forces of the body - the general health, as we find, is very good in most respects. Some changes have come about since last we had same here. In the main they appear to be the more beneficial. [See 416-6 on 5/8/35.]

4. But there are some subtle conditions, as we find in the present, that should be taken cognizance of.

5. While the general conditions about the sensory forces - the eyes, about the throat and head - are better, we find that with some developing as to the activities in the liver and gall duct area, as combined with the activities of the hepatic circulation, these may - unless there are measures taken, or activities become such as to change their tendencies - give some disturbance later.

6. As we find, we would have some corrections made (in the Hudgins' [Dr. F. C. Hudgins, Jr., D.O.] manner), - especially in the 3rd and 4th dorsal, and then in the 9th dorsal centers; with special reference to stimulating the liver activity. And thus we may prevent a great deal of disturbance, we will eliminate more of this disturbance to the lymph circulation through the head and throat that has caused some disturbance, and make for better general conditions. Take about three or four, then rest or wait at least a couple of weeks, then take two or three more.

7. As to the associations and surroundings, ready for questions.

8. (Q) Please tell me what I should do about hemorrhoid trouble. (A) Take the directions as we have indicated for a better

activity through the whole of the hepatic circulation. Then each morning and each evening, before dressing of morning and when ready for bed at night - with the feet bare, of course - we would take this exercise: Stand erect - gently, gradually raise the hands high above the head, preferably the palm forward, gradually rising on the toes at the same time the hands are raised, see? Then bend forward, just as far as possible. Do this for two or three minutes, or at least fifteen attempts to bend forward - but go through the whole motion, that is, gently raising the hands above the head, at the same time rising on the toes. These are to be done together, to bring the exercising of the muscular forces WITH the corrections indicated. Use an ointment such as TIM after each evacuation, or when there are tendencies for the protruding.

9. (Q) Do my glasses need changing? (A) Will not necessitate same under at least two or three months, and then - with the changes as may be wrought by the following of the treatments suggested - it would be very well to change.

10. (Q) Please advise what exercises or other necessary steps to take to make for better elimination. (A) These have been indicated, as for corrections as well as activities.

11. (Q) Any other advice concerning my physical condition? (A) Do these that have been indicated, if we would make for the better conditions.

12. (Q) As advised in previous Reading [416-13, Par. 13-A--15-A, on 10/2/37] a change would be made about now in housing problem. Please advise what to do as we have to move within two months? (A) We would advise those preparations as will make for the more conveniences for the home, in the various activities, as we have indicated are necessary for the environs - would be the more practical thing to do.

13. (Q) Please explain fully, as I do not quite understand. (A) As has been advised, there are the needs for those in the home to have the opportunity for certain character or nature of exercise. In the changes, consider these conditions.

14. (Q) Would it be possible to get a place in Oceana? If so, through whom? (A) This as we find is possible, and is practical; and we would advise to obtain such. As we find, it may be obtained through the regular CIRCLE for such conditions, see?

416-14 Page 3

15. (Q) Any particular place in Oceana that would be suggested? (A) Just so these conditions as indicated are taken into consideration.

16. (Q) Would it be advisable to try to rent or to buy? (A) In the immediate, we would rent.

17. (Q) How about the Bonney house in Oceana? (A) If this is with the convenience and those activities about same as we have indicated, be very well - for the present.

18. (Q) Would it be more advisable to move to Virginia Beach? (A) We would advise that it would be better in Oceana, until there's some better or greater changes coming about.

19. (Q) As advised in first Life Reading [416-1 on 10/8/33] 1940 would be beginning of several years of large increase in material gain for me. Please tell me how I can help to bring this about. (A) By keeping in touch with those activities that still have to do with the communications and the activities in those lines as indicated would be the channels through which the activities of the entity would be the better engaged.

20. (Q) Is there any real estate opportunities that I should take advantage of at this time? (A) As we find, the one acting in the capacity of the collector of back taxes may enable the entity to "get in on" such that may be most advisable to consider.

21. (Q) Will there be any changes in positions in near future for me? (A) There will be the opportunity for change, before the first of the year.

22. (Q) Should I accept? (A) This will depend upon a great many things to be considered. Not the first one, as we find - unless it is indicated that the rejection of same tends to make for the cutting off of greater possibilities later on. Unless this is so (and as we find it would not be), we would not accept the first but those opportunities that may come a little later.

23. (Q) Please tell me something further concerning future of this railroad and also whether likely to be merged. (A) As we find, there is eventually to be a merging of this more with those that own the greater percent of the stock now. These, of course, will not be until a great many changes have come about - in at least three to four years yet.

24. (Q) Please tell me something further concerning merger of communication systems and when I should become connected with it and through whom.

416-14 Page 4

(A) These as we find will be in forty-two or three ('42 or '43), when it becomes necessary for the coalition or combination of most of the communicative centers in this country. And then WITH the activities of the entity, choose those directions for activities. And this will lead to and keep in those channels in which there will be the greater advancement in these directions for the entity.

25. (Q) Would it be advisable to marry in near future? [See 416-11, Par. 14-A.] (A) This depends upon whether or not there may be the joint associations of those relationships that would bring the better activities. We would advise, it would be well.

26. (Q) Any advice on this subject? (A) It isn't advice the entity needs, but ACTIVITY on the subject! As to such conditions, of course, much might be given. But as to the ideals and purposes that have been maintained by the entity, hold to these - and we will find and know that such conditions are to be made ideal only as they each work towards the being of a constructive influence in the experience of each. [See 416-15, Par. 30-A, 31-A.]
