Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [420]; this we have had before.

3. As we find here, the greater disturbance in the present is the inclination for a plethora and a prolapsus both, as related to the colon activity, and the EFFECT these produce upon the activity of the circulation to the heart and to the head, and through the whole of the alimentary canal, of course.

4. We would have the high colonic irrigations, scientifically given; not too much, but sufficiently often in the beginning - which would be at least two, about ten days apart - to relieve those tensions in the colon area, as in the transverse and descending colon, of the plethora condition; and to remove the mucous that is a part of the disturbance through the ascending and part of the transverse.

5. These as we find may be given anywhere, where there are those precautions taken as indicated. Parker is very good. [James R. Parker, M.D.]

6. We would take these until there is no mucus indicated in the colonics. This would require, as we find, two at first - in about ten days; then at least three weeks before the third. Then possibly it should be two to three weeks before the next. Four or five should be sufficient.

7. This will allow the better assimilation, and the activities of the foods upon the body will of themselves assist in correcting those tendencies for dizziness, those feelings through the head, the eyes, the ears, the nose at times, and those conditions that produce pressures upon the lower lumbar and sacral area.

8. After the first colonic has been given, begin with the general osteopathic adjustments; especially as related to

the coccyx, the sacral, and the area from the lumbar to the central portion of the cerebrospinal system; coordinating the cervicals WITH those corrections made in the lumbar and sacral area. We would advise such as Hudgins. Take two the first week, two the second, two the third, and then about once a week until four or five more are taken.

9. These as we find will make for better conditions for this body.

10. The colon condition, though, is the seat or the cause of most of the disturbances here in the present.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) What causes severe pain in left arm, and what should be done for it? (A) It is a neuritic reaction, from the accumulation of poisons and mucus through the colon, that allows pressures upon the nervous system. Do as indicated, and these treatments should - will - remove same.

13. (Q) Are pains in chest from lungs or muscles? (A) Rather the pressures upon the colon, and are naturally then the nerves - or pressures on nerves.

14. (Q) What causes cough and what should be done for it? (A) Remove the phlegm from the colon area, so that the body DRAINS; and we will find those tendencies for pressures - that cause disturbance around the heart AND the circulation through the bronchi and larynx - will be removed.

15. (Q) Any change in diet suggested? (A) The diet is very well; there may be taken more of laxative foods. Not laxative compounds, but laxative foods preferably, see?

16. (Q) What causes tiredness and depleted feeling? (A) It has just been indicated. Do these, and we will find bettered conditions.

17. We are through with this body. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (Extra sheet of directions was enclosed for Dr. Hudgins [F. C. Hudgins, Jr., D.O.].)
