1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes - we have the body here; this we have had before.
3. Conditions are not so good with this body. There are those tendencies for a dropsical condition, which is never good - especially for one who is required to be on feet as much as this body.
4. As we find, we would obtain - from a good homeopathic physician - the little white pellets that are to control the lymph circulation, which is involved in such conditions. These will prove the most helpful for the body. These may be obtained in Norfolk, from the elderly gentleman who is the physician. [GD's note: Mr. Malcom H. Allen some months before had a dropsical condition in his feet and ankles, from standing on his feet in P.O. EC suggested he take the Cimex Lectularius as given in rdgs. (See 1553-27, etc.) He got the pills from Dr. Perkins & received immediate relief. Mr. [420] also used the treatment with good results.]
5. Also, as these are being taken, use colonic irrigations as a means of clearing the colon. These should be scientifically given, rather regularly, until there is no indication of mucous in the colon area. This will tend to alleviate the tendencies for the attempt to eliminate poisons from the system through the superficial circulation; though we would apply a compound called ZEMO upon the ankle and those portions of the limbs where this rash occurs.
6. Don't have the colonics closer together than ten days, but not farther apart than twenty days - until these poisons are eliminated.
7. About once a week, or at least each time the colonic is given, we would have an osteopathic adjustment with special reference to those areas in the sacral, the lumbar, and the 2nd and 3rd dorsal. Coordinate, of course, the cervicals with this; but the colonics will alleviate this pressure in

the lung, or through the area just under the sternum, or the breast bone itself, and the inability of the body to rest well.
8. So, we would give - when practical - and we would make it practical, if possible - have the colonics, followed by the adjustments, of evenings; so that the body would rest well those evenings.
9. This will also aid those tendencies for the blurry condition with the eyes; for, of course, coordinating the conditions through the cervical, when the adjustments are made, will create an activity to alleviate pressures and allow for better eliminations throughout the body forces.
10. Irvin we would have for these adjustments, for he will work with the one in the same building who would give the colonics. [Dr. C. W. Irvin, D.O.; Dr. Jas. R. Parker, M.D., both in Bankers Trust Bldg., Norfolk, Va.]
11. Do that.
12. Be mindful as to the diet; not too much of fats at any time, but plenty of sea foods or fish - these are well to have as a part of the diet; but more of the vegetables and fruits, these are the better for this body.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) Is it necessary to consult an oculist for the eyes? (A) As we find, would not be necessary - especially not until after a course of treatments have been taken. And do get the little white pills, for these will be most helpful. To give what is the common name for same would not be very pleasant to the entity, but it is what is needed. [Cimex Lectularius [bedbug juice] is the medical name for the properties needed. Mr. M. H. Allen knows a homeopathic physician who can supply these tablets. [Dr. R. S. Perkins, 328 York St., Norfolk, Va. 95 yrs.].]
15. (Q) What causes pains in chest? (A) As just indicated, a pressure from the colon. Do these things and we will bring bettered conditions, if there is the proper response. Be patient, but be persistent. Take care of the gums, and we will find it will be much better for the body.
