1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [421] - this we have had before. In a great many respects we find the physical conditions on the improve. There should be, however, those precautions taken that - with the recuperative forces active in the physical body - the body is kept more in an even balance in recuperations; so that all portions of the body are kept according one with another; so that the coordinations will be in a better cooperative force in the system.

2. These conditions we find especially apparent in the nervous reactions in the system, and the tendency of the body to too easily give way to feelings. To combat or meet such conditions it requires the use of the energy that IS attained, that there may be more MAINTAINED; so it requires FIGHT - for as the VITAL forces of the system are attacked, these require that the use of the whole general system be in an active state. To be sure, this may be overdone. Do not be in the position of being over active, for this would be as bad as UNDER activity.

3. Keep the diet well in hand. Also keep the eliminations well balanced for the system.

4. As much of the activity of the physical as possible should be taken in the sunshine. Let the activities BE in the sunshine; not necessarily out of doors in the beginning. Beware of taking cold or congestion, for this will only change the activities in the system.

5. We would also have those electrically driven vibratory forces for the whole system at least once each day, preferably before retiring. This will make for a better resting period.

6. At least once each week have a general and thorough manipulation not simply adjustments but manipulations over the whole system.

7. Do that. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) What is the condition of the lungs at present?

421-3 Page 2

(A) Cased off, as has been given.

9. (Q) What is the condition of the kidneys? (A) As has been warned respecting this. Nervous reaction in the system makes for a tendency to be an over-activity. Hence the sun's rays over the body, this should be as much as possible.

10. (Q) Is the diet correct? (A) We have just given the diet! DO that! Follow that GIVEN! Don't think something else will do, but just do THAT!

11. That is all the questions.
