1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before, [421]. Now, we find the general physical forces of the body are CONSIDERABLY on the improve, and BETTERED CONDITIONS throughout the general physical functioning of the organs of the body. There ARE conditions that exist, that unless precautions - But there must be that of fear or nervousness removed, else these will cause those reactions that WOULD be bad for the forces. In the physical functioning there are the NEEDED strength and vitality that SHOULD make for a better EQUALIZED circulation, so that those pressures as occur as feelings of heaviness in the lungs, and at times the upper portion of the stomach itself, along the diaphragm area, from the circulation NOT being equalized, and the tendency for COLDNESS in extremities, in feet, in hands, or in portions of the body. The circulation on the improve, as is the blood count, as is the activities of the functioning portions of the system themselves.
2. KEEP the blood BUILDING influences of the diets, that make for MORE BLOOD. Keep that as will increase the RESISTIVE forces, as well as that that builds blood. That is, do not let the feelings of the strength having been on the wane make of self a non-entity in its activities. Take the walks regularly, take the exercises regularly, else the flesh - or the tendencies are to PREVENT the NORMAL BALANCING of the system. Keep the activities of the mental AND physical much in accord.
3. The circulatory system may be BEST improved by the GENERAL manipulations as may osteopathically be given over the whole system. Not one to break the bones, or to bend the body double, but to GIVE a full GENERAL treatment, as will the respiratory motor - or those activities of same - be well for the respiratory system and the LYMPH circulation.

4. Well, too, that sand packs, or sand baths be taken. These will be helpful and beneficial for the iodine as may be obtained by absorption, through being wet with sea water and immediately covered in DRY WARM sand; not wet - but dry, warm sand, for fifteen to twenty minutes; following same by a fresh bath and a spirited rubdown along the spine. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) What time of day should the walks be taken? (A) Early mornings, late evenings - but keep out of the night air!
6. (Q) Why do hiccoughs occur so often, and what should be done to relieve them? (A) Do what we have given! The hiccoughs is a spasmodic contraction of the cardiac plexus-flexus* in the lower end of the esophagus. In the activities of the blood circulation to the diaphragm, see, from the liver plexus - which it passes through twice before it goes through all the rest of the system - this acting when food or activities, or anything is suddenly taken into the system, produces same. Get out and walk and do something! Take the activities of the SUPPRESSED circulation - will equalize the condition! * [Webster's New International Dictionary: 1923 [?] Edition: flex (fleks), v.t.; FLEXED (flekst); FLEX'ING. [L. flexus, p.p. of flectere to bend, perh. for felctere and skin to falx sickle, E. falchion. Cf. FLINCH] To bend; as, to flex the arm. Cf. FLECTION; EXTEND, v.t.,3.]
7. (Q) Should the inhalant be continued? (A) Have we given it in the present? We have given what's necessary for right now! If it's necessary we will change it for it!
8. (Q) What should be done for the gums to prevent bleeding and to prevent bad breath? (A) Should have the teeth fixed!
9. (Q) Has the body pyorrhea? (A) Very good case of it!
10. (Q) What should be done for it? (A) Use treatments for it! As in those as have been outlined for such conditions! [Ipsab, etc.?]
11. (Q) Would Ipsab be the proper treatment? (A) Hasn't it been given that it's a cure for it! Be a very good thing! Use common sense with good judgment!
