1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [421]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, conditions are greatly improved since we last had them here. While it is true that there is much yet to be desired, these changes indicate the amount of improvement as well as that necessary, and the precautions necessary to keep the body better physically fit.
4. In the present we find while there is still some congestion in the lung, there is not open or broken tissue. There is no portion in the present that indicates any adherence to the pleura nor to the wall of the lung cavity. This has been brought about, to be sure, by the better cleansing forces and stimulations to the circulation through the lungs.
5. Hence the necessity that there still be kept regularly the fumes from the evaporation of brandy. Not necessary that the inhalations be too often, but do not neglect to keep these regularly.
6. In the assimilations, these, too, indicate better abilities - because of the improved circulation; and there is more resistance being gradually builded in the physical forces of the body.
7. Thus we would be mindful of rather the close adherence to those suggestions as to diet, as well as to the keeping sufficient quantity to assist or to reinforce the digestive system in the supply of energies or vitamins to the daily diet or activity.
8. Hence we would keep the Adiron each day, as well as the milk or malted milk in the middle of the day or of morning, and in the afternoon - preferably mid-afternoon - half a cake of yeast in three to four ounces of the tomato juice.
9. We would keep a normal amount of exercise. Walking in

the open is the better exercise.
10. Also we would keep the mental attitudes that will insure that the body does not have those influences about which to worry or to aggravate self respecting.
11. Keep a constructive, creative attitude as to the activities in its associations as to its daily tasks, as well as the daily friendships and associations.
12. For, as has been heretofore indicated, easily does worry, aggravation, self-condemnation or condemnation of others, cause or bring about weakened conditions through the sympathetic system for this body; thus allowing such organs, or such associated activities, where there are those inclinations or disturbances in the soft tissue, to bring about the deflection of abilities for the body's best interest.
13. Thus it is well that the body keep that constructive attitude as to things, conditions and circumstances which have arisen and which do arise in the experience of this body.
14. That there are those tendencies of the weakness and of little resistance makes it all the more imperative that the body adhere consistently to those suggestions, if it would be enabled to carry on in doing those things that will be to the glory of the Maker and to the service of others.
15. Ready for questions.
16. (Q) Is is alright for me to return to work on July 13th? (A) This depends upon whether the body will take sufficient rest, as has been indicated. There is no need that the body make for the expending of self in one direction as to become an aggravated condition in the other respects.
17. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Do these things, and be consistent and persistent.
