1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [427] - this we have had before. Many are the changes in the physical forces of the body at present from that we have had here before. There are varying conditions that produce the distresses which occur at times in the physical functioning of the body in the present. These, as we find, are caused from the lack of vitality, the impoverishment of the blood supply, and the attacks that occur from the lack of proper oxidization of the blood that flows through the lungs proper. This produces, especially in that portion of the lung proper where there has been broken tissue, intense pain as of the pin prick, or of acute pain through the muscular forces in the area of the pleura, as well as in the intercostal nerve and muscular forces themselves, and these - as we find - then produce their concurrent effects upon the rest of the system by their impoverishment of the organs in their functioning; as we have those tendencies of cold feet in the night, the tendencies of hot and cold flushes - with the lack of rest when there should have been the resting of the body, with the easy inclination of cold, a tendency of phlegm in throat, burning of eyes at times, dull headaches at the nape of the neck and shoulders, and the appetite seems not to be able to be satisfied. These are effects of these repressions as produced by the heaviness in the lung area; though not tubercular in any form as yet. Rather that of the tissue that has broken in the past, making for the attempt of the reactions in those portions of the lungs themselves that make for cell openings, and are pressures against the tissue, or scar tissue, that has formed in same.
2. In meeting of the same in the present, as we would find, there would be used this as the inhalant to act in the lungs as an antiseptic, that will allay that tendency and fullness in the bronchi and in the lung, especially the left lung, that pressure as produced there making for those conditions

in the upper extremity of the colon, and the area where the pressure on same produces at times the feeling of the heartburn, or a pressure in the area of the heart action, or heart's reaction in system. This, as we find, would relieve same. This we would prepare in this way and manner, not more than this quantity at one time, and use at least three or four times each day, and whenever the body awakes in the evening - but after the second or third evening the body should rest well - but just before retiring and on arising, each day use same. When it has become discolored, or low in quantity, have same refilled:
3. To 4 ounces of pure grain alcohol (at least 180 proof), add in this manner: Oil of Eucalyptus......................20 minims, Rectified Oil of Turp...................8 minims, Canadian Balsam, or Balsam of Fir, (Canadian Balsam preferable).........5 minims, (This the heavier character, of course) Rectified Creosote.....................10 minims, Tolu in solution.......................40 minims. Keep this in a container with glass cork, at least an eight or six ounce container, see? Shake solution together before inhaling (with the cork in same when shaking). Inhale deep into the lung, as would in inhaling cigarette or smoke or steam, see?
4. Use also, after each meal eaten, the White's Cod Liver Oil Tablets - one to two tablets after each meal.
5. Make the meals rather in this formation, that we may add BLOOD to the system, VITALITY to the system:
6. Mornings - citrous fruit, followed with the yolk of egg (no white, but the YOLK of egg), with rice cakes, whole wheat cakes, bran muffins, or the like. Occasionally very crisp bacon may be eaten with the egg, but not every day - two or three times each week.
7. Noon meal - preferably concentrated vegetable soups and meat juices, with a little cereal drink, or warm sweet milk, or malted milk.
8. Evenings - cooked vegetables, these well balanced, with a green vegetable salad of some nature. Every other day have either (or these may be altered from day to day) the calves' liver, (BROILED), pig knuckle, tripe, or the like. These will add to the vitality and to the strength and resistance of the body.
9. Keep the alimentary canal eliminating properly. This may be done by occasionally taking Citrate of Carbonate, see?

teaspoonful in glass of water, or teaspoonful and stir until this is well dissolved and effervesces thoroughly. This as an alkalin makes a tendency - with this character of diet - to make the eliminations proper.
10. Well that there be an exercise morning and evening. Of evenings, the exercise would be rather that of the lower limbs; while of morning, just before dressing - after bathing, or before bathing - exercise ABOVE the waist, of the circular motion of the head and neck, raising and lowering of the arms, swinging these back and forward, that we may EXPAND the chest and raising on feet with the lifting of the chest, with deep breath - inhalation and exhalation.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Will this cause me to put on weight? (A) It's just been given, this is to increase the blood supply - which builds weight!
13. (Q) Will the suffering of the pains be cured forever, or will it just be temporary? (A) It will be cured forever, if we will act in accord with that given!
14. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Cayce file " " Ass'n file
