1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [427] - this we have had before.
2. Conditions in a general manner show some improvements since that we last had here. While the muco-membranes of the throat, head and the respiratory system, show some congestion, yet there are periods when these show that the circulation is much more thorough and general.
3. As we find, this condition - if provided that there are the proper precautions taken - would be very much better handled than would under other environs or surroundings, for the diet may be looked after much better, and the activities of body as relations to others would be much better. But the PRECAUTIONS should be taken, as has been indicated.
4. It would be well also were there added, at least every morning and every evening, the vapor or gasses from apple brandy inhaled into the lungs as would cigarette smoke or the like. This should be at least a half gallon in a gallon container, wood - charred wood, and kept so that evaporation taking place is not allowed to escape except when inhaled morning and evening into the lungs.
5. Keep the inhalant that acts as an antiseptic for the muco-membranes of head, throat and nostrils.
6. We would also keep the White's Cod Liver Oil Tablets, one after each meal, and we will find that the meals should consist more and more of those that are blood and nerve building.
7. With these precautions, and being mindful that cold and congestion does not arise from over heating, over eating, or too violent an exercise, the conditions should continue on the improve. In three to five months the body should be NORMAL - WELL!
8. Ready for questions.
9. Each day we would find that the exercises physically should be (this is outside of the daily labors, to be sure) considerable in the open air, but not so much NIGHT air.

Walking is the best exercise. This done in the surroundings, or parks, or the like, is well for the body - EARLY MORNING exercises.
10. (Q) Would it be beneficial to my health to change my line of business? [Newspaper - editorial dept.] (A) Not necessarily. Take the proper precautions, for in this line the body may make a success. [See 427-3 on 9/29/27.]
11. (Q) What month, day and year may Miss [...] and I expect to be united as man and wife? (A) Wait until the body is physically fit. This should be by the latter part of the present year. If circumstances and conditions are then of such a nature that this may be consummated, would be well.
12. (Q) It is not necessary, then, to go west to cure my illness? (A) West would be worse for the body.
